Very nice people that has a genuine concern with the project that they came to do. And they did it RIGHT !!!! I also have a few other projects to do that they advised me on. They are able to do everything I need done.. No reason to look any further to look for other people . I'm very pleased with AGS Construction Chris S Valley Springs

They first showed up and were nice, sweet wonderful people and I had a great feeling and believed they would get things done, some of the workmanship was poor causing additional damage to my home, they left jobs unfinished causing me to not be able to use specific items in my house, its been 10 weeks till they got back to me about problems that arose

Excellent service and value. We had a couple of minor mishaps on when the craftsmen were to show up but there were no charges for the issue. The work was done with care and completely to our satisfaction. We look forward to employing them again soon !

They responded quickly both to my call & to getting the job scheduled. Overall, they did a great job! There are some minor unfinished items. When clearing/blowing rear deck, created clog in track of sliding glass door by depositing debris there. Could not clean gutters & downspouts as they were frozen. I will follow up.

Highly professional,honest, trustworthy,timely,super quick installation & reasonable fair pricing. They took all the extra steps that any consumer could hope for. Highly recommend & will definitely only use them for any future work.

It just did not go very well from the beginning. I was rescheduled twice and the first time they came out I was expecting them to do work and they were not prepared to do so. On the day they came to work they said they would be out at 9:00 and they showed up at 10:48. I was quoted $25.00 an hour and he said it would take 3-4 hours to complete the work (this is what I agreed to) He set up a couple of guys to do the work and left. He was suppose to bring sand to lay some pavers for me and did not, so the pavers were not done. He charged me $25 for each guy for 4 hours ($50.00x4) They were at my house from 11:00-1:30. He also charged me for materials, which is expected, but I did not get a store receipt in order to reimburse Mark the accurate amount. When I called with my questions about the bill he yelled at me and hung the phone up on me. I was not angry at at all I just wanted to discuss the bill and I needed the receipt mainly for tax purposes. There are several other things as well that I just will never hire him again, which is a shame because, the work he did do- clean the roof off of moss was done very well and I was pleased. The metal trim around the covered porch and catio also looked nice and he also repaired the vent pipe on my roof. As a single woman I often rely on hired help around my house and I have never been treated this poorly and disrespectfully before.

I do not know why I had to pay for a husband and wife team, because the wife did not do anything.

I hired Mark to replace siding and a back door, after he did the work we had an electrical problem and had an electrician come out and he told us there was a nail in a wire, I called Mark and told him what the problem was and he got very defensive and said that he will charge $100 an hour plus travel time to come out and take a look, Mark does not take any responsibility whenever there is a problem, he will not stand behind his work

Just wanted to say I had a great experience with them, did a awesome job. Their quality of work was great and the cost was reasonable for the 4 jobs they did for me . Great people, I definitely are using them again. Than you guys
