Wonderfully! We had pared our list to the four homes over the internet, and our home-town dear friends/realtors put us in contact with David and Rob. (We don’t know how they learned of David & Rob, but they are not in the same, National firm, and had not even met until we got them together.) We went to Sonoma, met with David, who had arranged a showing of three of the homes (one had gone off the market that day). We absolutely fell in love with one of the homes, and within about 72 hours, we were under contract. We totally credit David and Rob for their excellent advice in walking through delicate negotiations; for their knowledgeable and accurate answers to our questions about the Sonoma market, government and community. Ten years ago, we had looked at Sonoma, using another realtor who had an excellent reputation, was one of the top producers in the area, and was equally knowledgeable. We ended up buying in another state during that search. We can not pinpoint any one or two or three things that David and Rob did to make Sonoma “work” for us this time. A residence is the most significant investment one will make, and we must rely on local expertise in making the right decision.
