+ -1 moreI made an appointment for 11:00 on Friday, July 6th, and by 11:40 no one had shown up. I called and left a voicemail. They called back about an hour later to say they were sorry, and that due to a paperwork snafu our appointment was not on the technician's schedule. Even so, they were at my house within an hour and the job was completed perfectly!
Description of Work: Installed 2 garage door openers with sensors and wall switch.

+ -1 moreThe technician arrived on time and after asking why I did not want the existing motor repaired proceeded to replace it with my own purchased motor. The work was done in 1 1/2 hours. I initially had trouble getting the company to answer my phone calls. I asked if they would honor the Angie List coupon of a $25 discount. The lady said she had never heard of this but would ask the owner. The owner agreed to honor the discount. The final bill was as we discussed. The technician knew his business and did a fine job.
Description of Work: Purchased own garage door opener. Had it installed by this firm. Be certain to ask if they deal with the manufacturer of the opener you purchased on your own. Ask for the Angie List member discount. Find out who will be the installer.

Description of Work: Something had broken on the garage door so it wouldn't open. They also repaired the sensors.

Description of Work: They replaced a damaged door. They did not permanently attach one side. They screwed it into sheet rock and that did not hold too long.They should have used a molly screw. I never asked them to fix it though.

Description of Work: We had to order a door that was to be custom made for the garage. The first door was not ordered correctly and they had to reorder the door. When it was installed, the man that installed obviously did not know what he doing and a spring a week or so later. It did break within the warranty. I had painted the door and he stated that was the reason the spring broke. To this day, the door never fit and you can see this with the light showing on the sides through the door.
