Description of Work: No service provided. I was referred to them by a property management firm for a carpet repair. I left Rug Works a detailed message but was never called back. Just a courtesy call letting me know that this is something they couldn't do or couldn't fit into their schedule would have been appreciated. Doubt I would call them for any future service as a result.

+ -1 moreTracy helped me choose the carpeting, kept track of its order for me, and arranged for its installation -- all in a friendly, personal, expedient and professional manner. The cost was more than fair. We are very pleased!
Description of Work: Special ordered carpeting for den; removed old carpeting and padding, and laid new padding and carpeting.

+ -1 moreand quot;Jasonand quot; from Rug Works (Sonoma) was incredible. He coordinated the work with our painting company and actually completed the work two days ahead of estimate. I had asked Jason if he could refer me to a reliable painting company -- which he did. He also helped greatly with rug selection. Rug Works left lots of extra remnants, as well.
Description of Work: The work done included tearing out and disposal of the old carpet and installation of new carpet pad and new carpet throughout the house.
