Easy to work with and very knowledgeable- great experience

The technician at Ridgeback was able to fix a mini-split we had installed by another company 3 years ago. The company that installed it refused to fix it and offered to install another unit if we paid for it. They were terrible to deal with so it was a pleasure to find a company that was dependable and good at getting the job done. I would highly recommend Ridgeback to anyone!
