+ -1 moreThe cork floors are a mess. As soon as we moved into the house, we noticed that the cork floors absorb dirt. Benjamin has delayed and dodged correcting the problem to the point that it is apparent that he has no intention of making this right. He took floors that had a serviceable finish on them, and gave us floors that look filthy all of the time.
Description of Work: Benjamin refinished the hardwood floors throughout our house, including cork floors in three bedrooms.

+ 0 moreI contacted Mr. McAdoo and advised him I needed an estimate asap to have my floors refinished. He was at my home with 24 hours to review the worked needed. I received a written breakdown down of cost and time needed to complete the job the next day and work started 1 1/2 weeks later. What I like best was the workers made sure that the dust from the sanding did not go from room to room and advised me what to expect while they was working. Mr McAdoo kept me informed of the status of the job so that I could advised my decorator when she could return to the house to complete her work. I LOVE MY FLOORS!!!!!!! I have received so many compliments that I knew I had to share the great flooring find with everyone else!!!!
Description of Work: Living room, Dining room, Den, and hallways sanded and refinished.
