ARNOLA COPPER REPIPING

The job was perfect as the salesman discribed and the plumbers were on time and the office was always aware of all the things that were going on at the house and knew exacly when to send inspectors, patchers and supervisors to our home to make the job go as smoothly as posible.

After the piping was done, the holes were patched. Interior patching was satisfactory, but the exterior color could not be matched. Blue painter's tape was left in the living room in an area we can't reach. Fingerprints & even footprints were left on the walls and some kind of white caulk was spilled on a bi-fold door. We contacted Arnola regarding these items, and they said they would send out the manager to look around. I had photos ready. He denied that these problems were caused by his crew. We called the BBB and told them of this breach of contract. After a week, we called BBB again. They said they spoke to a rep from Arnola who told them that the problem was resolved. THEY LIED TO THE BBB TO RETAIN THEIR RATING WITH THEM!!! We have blue yuck coming from the shower heads and staining the tiles and the water quality is extremely bad. We felt bad for the workers, they did a good job with minimal leadership, the office people were rude and unprofessional.

I placed a stop payment on the check and waited for a phone call. Of course the were all over that. The owner and his son came to my home to trouble shoot the problem. The found the same problems that I did but insisted that there was nothing they could do about it. I reitterated that was not a problem pre-job but they hemmed and hawed over it and gave me the run around. They even tried to blame it on my water heater.. got a new one and it still doesn't work right. I should have taken them to court. The father in the father-son team was also very rude and condescending. I think they treated us poorly because we were young and they thought they could get away with it. Well, they did... I was stupid and paid the balance of what I owed. To this day my plumbing still is not right. I really regret using Arnola. That's the last time I expect the best from the highest price. DO NOT USE ARNOLA!!!!!!!!!!!

The representative, Bobby, who came out to give me an estimate was very clear-spoken and thorough about the repiping process and what and how the job would be performed on my house. The workers were on time every day, polite and genuinely friendly. They kept me apprised of the progress every step of the way. They knew their work very well and got along with each other well. I was comfortable enough with them to leave my house a few times. Their supervisor, Bobby, came by periodically to check their progress. They finished ahead of time. All holes were patched perfectly, tile was replaced in my shower. I would say they went an extra step or two to make sure I was happy with the job. I believe their price is fair, in the mid range, and the service is top notch. I highly recommend Arnola for your copper repipe.
