This company is the best! I had a 9:30 appointment for a mattress removal. Excellent communication and customer service. He texted me just before he arrived which I greatly appreciate. I met him out front. He introduced himself and I the same. We shook hands and showed him where the mattress was located. He was warm and professional. He was in and out in less than 5 minutes. He was fast. Outstanding! He advised me they do repairs, maintenance and a multitude of different things. This company is now my go to if I ever need any work done on my apartment. Bay Area Junk Removal was first class all around. From the moment of speaking to them to set up a time that worked for me to the moment that they drove away with the junk that I had in my backyard. They did a great job in removing all the junk in my backyard and even went above and beyond in cleaning up the area where the junk was even though they didn?t have to. I will definitely be calling them again if I ever need any garbage taken from my property.
