The owner of WDS Remodeling and Renovation David Smith came to my home and measured the windows to be replaced. One of the windows was slightly larger than what was covered in the special but he offerd to replace it at no addtional cost.. He gave me the Monde Verde manufacture's brochure and described the type of windows to be installed. Dave gave me information and approximate costs on a slider and living room windows which I plan to replace in the future. The installers Bert and Tom showed up at the aggreed time and completed the job in less than four hours. They were both friendly and couterous and their skill level was quite evident. They cleaned up the areas around the windows and had me check the alarm system to make sure it worked with the two windows which had sensors. I intend to use WDS in the future.

He provided me with an estimate and a kitchen layout.

We tried one of Angie's Bid Deals to consult with Dave, the owner of WDS, regarding a plan to remodel our kitchen. Dave was prompt in getting back to us and on time for both appointments. He was flexible when we needed to delay getting together due to travel plans. He gave us a lot of good advice and ideas on remodeling the kitchen. His plans are easy to understand and helpful for visualizing the the finished kitchen, I'm impressed with the amount of experience he has and glad to do business with him.

I was happy with it but we don't have enough money to do the job. It was excellent when he drew up and he respond right away. He is very professional.

Came on 8/9/13 to look at kitchen & bathroom. Very professional. When we came back from vacation David brought the computer designs with the estimates. Kitchen estimate is $29,860.00, bathroom estimate is $14,782.00 These estimates include all the cabinets etc. I had asked David what the price would be if we supplied our own cabinets, toilet, sinks, etc. David said they don't take jobs unless the supplies are purchased from him. We chose not to use him.

We had specific instructions on components that went into the kitchen design. Most of those were ignored or left out. It was not a presentation of a design or a good design for our specific needs.

WDS arrived and talked about his work in early July 2013. We agreed to his work and he was accommodating as to the estimated date of service. He called later in the month to give different dates of service. His workers arrived at a reasonable time and did their work. There were a couple of issues (unable to fit an internal frame as neither they nor we had a hair dryer or a heat gun to heat and shape an internal decorative frame and had to come back; also, the glass was coated on the wrong side, so the worker reassured us that within 2 weeks a new glass would be ordered and installed, which it was). Overall they did a decent job and were pleasant to work with.

Everything went just as planned. He was right on time and gave us a few suggestions on what he thought might work out best. He showed us some pictures of past jobs and then asked what we had in mind. Since we are not in a hurry we told him to take his time doing the drawings. About 2 weeks later I got an email that he was done and he would put them in the mail. Two days later we received them with an estimate on how much it would cost.

Well I never actually received the design or the plans I paid for in the big deal. But it was $50 for bathroom remodel designs with plans and that seems extremely low so I understand if he didn’t think the deal through. The meeting was pretty awkward. When he realized I wasn’t looking for a direct quote from him for his remodel services, he didn’t seem interested anymore. The meeting ended by him informing me that he’d be going on a 2 week vacation and would get back to me after that. It seemed like he was annoyed that I only wanted him for the deal and nothing more. I guess it was a learning experience for us both.

Great! David is the nicest guy! I would totally trust him to do a good job!

Gave lots of good ideas about moving things around in my small kitchen. Gave prices for everything so I could make reasonable choices. Outlined a timeline. Always punctual and professional

Very well. Workers arrived early on a Sunday morning and got to work as soon as possible. They were clean, polite, efficient and had the job done in around 3 hours. They paid attention to detail and cleaned up all debris (including sweeping the area in the street where they did some work on the windows).

This is my second review of this company. As before, and as not to repeat myself, they were A+ quality, workmanship, and professionalism. But in addition to that I'd like to give you a sense of what happen this time. They arrived on time, as usual, began working and after an hour or two, the foreman received a phone call of an emergency at home. He apologized for the interruption and ask if he could take some time to handle the situation. So as not to cause much disruption, Dave the owner shows up and checks everything out to make sure all is going as planned then he had to leave for another job. After about and hour or two the foreman comes back to help finish the job (after losing his trusted dog). As he was surveying the work done making sure everything was cleaned, and caulking was done he took it upon himself to seal some other areas of our wood frame home that might have caused water damage in the future. It's one thing to do a great job, it's another to have such integrity and commitment while dealing with such tragic news. My hat goes off to the employees and the owner of WDS.

Everything went as I would expect from him. His worker (Harold) was punctually there at 7am, hitting the ground running as he walked in. Demo guys came in and in two days we had an empty space where our kitchen had been, ready for a new beginning. Upon removing the old tile floor, as expected, there was water damage where our old dishwasher had leaked and damaged more subfloor than could be repaired without removing the cabinets. All taken care of and new subfloor installed, hard-backer installed and cabinets installed, tile floor put in, granite counter tops installed, backsplash put in and wall plugs and switches replaced to match the new color scheme.

Demo of old bathroom, remove pocket door, replace with half wall, install new toilet, tile floor, tile shower, cabinets, mirrors, sinks, and faucets. Timely and efficient use of workers and resources. It took about five weeks, because of a holiday and some scheduling issues. Everything was really well done, and some really great tile work.

The workman was on time. He did an excellent job. I will use this company again.

Dave, has been in business forever, is extremely knowledgeable in all constructions and renovation. Was very planed, he provided four pages of references (without asking). Is honest, very good price, professional workers that were very careful in their work habits.

They did a good job. They do high quality work, and it was done on time. The overall experience was excellent. They were responsive, punctual, and professional. I would use this company again in the future. .

THEY OFFERED US SOME REALLY GREAT PRICES. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY WERE VERY POLITE. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE FOR US IN LESS TIME THAN THEY SAID THEY WOULD.

THE WORK LOOKS GREAT. THEY KEEP OUT THE DRAFT MUCH BETTER NOW. THEY LOOK GREAT. IT HAS EVEN HELPED LOWER MY HEATING BILLS. THE PRICE WAS REALLY GOOD FOR THE WORK.
