Turf Masters Synthetic Turf

It was awesome! The sales team was helpful with the rebates and explain the whole process. The crew was very friendly, they were on time and knew what they were doing. They were in and out very fast and they even left my yard cleaner than how they found it. Thank you Turf Masters!!!!!!!

They did what they said what they would, the price did not change on what we agreed upon they were flexible and helpful. I am happy with the turf and the job.

Oscar was the contractor who installed the synthetic turf. He seemed pleasant and okay during the project. His friendliness fooled me completely. He ran out of weed block so installed some of the job without it. I am having weed problems in those areas. There was a small piece that went over some concrete and he was supposed to glue it but didn't. A few weeks later there was a portion that settled and was quite a bit lower than the grade. So he promised to come back and correct the problems. He set a date and time for returning and i waited and waited. I called him several times but because he can tell who is calling, he would never answer. He never returned my call ever. That was on April 4, 2013.

I researched all of the different putting surfaces and their product seemed pretty good. The only issue was that the person putting in the surface did not know golf very good but I still will use them again in the future.

We were very happy with this install. The installers got here at the appropriate time, and actually finished early. Everything was cleaned up. The price beat 2 others, and the yard looks beautiful and quite natural. It changes the whole look of the back. I have waited for 5 months before reporting because I wanted to see how the turf held up. The answer is that it looks the same today as it did when installed.
