Excellent, removed Stains we thought would be impossible to clean.

I heard about Trust after winning a raffle fundraiser gift certificate worth $250. Danielle answered my phone call and scheduled the appointment for them to come out and give an estimate. Mike (the owner) was punctual and courteous both on the day he came out to do the estimate, and later when coming out to do the work. The estimate was for $297, so I only paid $47 out of pocket. We have badly stained carpets after having a very sick dog with a weak bladder. I was not expecting all the stains to come out, just to get the carpets cleaned. A provider I used previously was not able to remove the stains completely - the stains would always return after the carpet dried. Needless to say I am astonished that almost all of the stains are still gone a week later after the carpets have completely dried. There are only a couple of spots that still have a faint outline - a huge improvement upon the other company I used in the past. I would definitely use Trust again.

The service was fine but it was a little expensive I thought. I probably would not use them because of the cost.

Due to a remodeling project, my living carpet was filthy. Trust Carpet cleaned the carpet, spot treated some old spots, and even threw in cleaning a couple of 4x6 area rugs. Everything came out beautiful.

Trust should stand as an example for any small business to follow. They put so much pride into their work and their relationships with their customers. My elderly parents needed immediate help cleaning their living room carpet and reached out to Trust. Trust heard their challenge, changed their schedule around to take a look at the problem and provide a proper solution and ultimately treated the situation right then and there. They treated my parents like they were their own and for that I'm grateful. And the quality of work they performed was outstanding! I highly recommend Trust Carpet and Tile cleaning.

I have a big dog and a cat, which had destroyed our carpets, and also had people over recently and the carpet had been stained. I thought I was going to have to junk the carpet, I called Trust Carpet and Tile Company and when I returned home it looked like I had brand new carpet. Worth every penny, they were on time, very professional, and incredible work.

My only surprise was the price. I had never had tile cleaned before ... But it is a two step process and was time consuming.
