I was given some names by my Tile installer to look for tile for a small shower and bathroom area. I had tried one that was a small store and so crowded with tile everywhere, it was difficult to see clearly what was what. So, I went on down the street to Tile City and walked into this clean, organized store. I was able to get a quick idea of where things were in the store and look around while I waited for the salesperson to be available to help. I was able to find a tile I really liked and took the sample home for my husband's approval. We went back to return it later in the week and to find the rest of the pieces we wanted - floor tile, shower floor pebbles, glass accents. Once we decided on the ones we wanted, we were given a list of what we picked with the contractor's price that we would be paying. Once our tile man went to the store to set the exact number of tiles he needed, we had the price. I gave a deposit for the order to be done. I went back and made the final payment and checked my tile about a week after the order. Very happy with the experience and the sales rep, Sohail, was especially helpful.
