+ -1 moreWe have been a customer of Sandy Martin and his SouthCoast Pool and Spa for a number of years and have always been very pleased with his/their professionalism, attention to great service and responsiveness. Now that we have weekly service with Chris we are even more impressed. Recently we had a complete remodel and retiling done on our 20-year-old pool. Sandy and his crew came through with outstanding results. Sandy helped with the redesign; the crew showed up each day on time and did a truly outstanding job. They cleaned up each day so we did not have to live with construction "clutter." We would definitely recommend Sandy, Chris, Michelle and the entire team for outstanding pool service and pool remodeling.

+ -1 moreI WAS NOT THAT PLEASED WITH OVERALL SERVICE. FOR EXAMPLE, I WAS QUOTED A PRICE ON A REPAIR AND THEN CHARGED MORE THAN THAT. WHEN I QUESTIONED WHY IT WAS MORE THAN WHAT THEY ORIGINALLY TOLD ME, THEY REPLIED THAT THEY HAD ONLY QUOTED THE PARTS INSTEAD OF PARTS AND LABOR. IT UPSET ME.
Description of Work: IT IS A MONTHLY POOL AND SPA SERVICE, JUST THE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE.
