Teresa and her team are amazing honest, completely upfront, fast and clean. Very prompt, works efficiently and thoroughly. The job they did for me only took less than an hour - amazing. I know his charges are at least 40% less than the chains, and usually more than half- but I think the chains and some others pad the bills so much that you are never sure what you really did need and what was simply added. Simi Valley Hot 2 Cold is not like that at all - they fix what needs fixing, and if they see a potential problem, they tell me, and we can plan accordingly.
