 + -1 moreWe lost confidence in Simi Wash during our final visit. We were literally on our way out of town but were headed to Simi Wash to use their dump site when we had a mechanical failure and loss of power. Not certain what was wrong, we left our RV there for them to investigate the problem. It was a costly mistake. It turned into a nightmare. Our RV was out of commission for many months while we waited to our insurance claim and Simi Wash to identify and complete the repair. Mike, the owner of Simi RV is a very nice man and seemed to do his best to work with us, our insurance company and his mechanic but the final outcome was dismal. We will not return to Simi Wash.
Description of Work: We used Simi Wash to wash and wax our RV many times without complaint but when we began to also use their mechanic's services, we were disappointed. The mechanics employed by Simi Wash were very questionable with their skills and there was a high turnover of personnel.

 + -1 moreDid not seem to be a place that did a lot of RV washing even though they had a bay large enough for my RV. They had to move broken down cars before I could get my RV in. There were no signs indicating where the office was. I even called ahead for an appointment but it seemed no one knew I was coming. There was no place to sit, so we grabbed a couple of chairs and sat outside under a tree. The wash was OK. It's just not a place I would ever go to again unless I had no other choice.
Description of Work: Washed my RV. Started on roof with power sprayer and completed the job in a couple hours.
