 + -1 moreI THINK HE DID A REAL GOOD JOB. HE KIND OF EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM. HE DESCRIBED WHERE THE LEAK WAS COMING FROM, AND HE WALKED ON DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE ROOF, NOT THE WHOLE ROOF. THE GENERAL LEVELS HE CHARGED ME THAT WERE LOOSE. AN ADDITIONAL INSPECTION AND REPAIR WERE DONE WITHOUT CHARGE.
Description of Work: HE TOOK THE TILE OFF AND PUT SOME TAR PAPER DOWN AND PUT THE TILE BACK ON. HE ALSO REPLACED A BOARD SO HE DID SOME CARPENTRY WORK, TOO. HE ONLY DID A SECTION OF THE ROOF. IT WAS THE AREA OVER THE DINING ROOM. THAT'S WHERE THE LEAK WAS.
