Brian showed up on-time. He wasn't overly friendly, and seemed that working for me was probably the last thing he wanted to do. He installed the sprinkler valve I provided and fixed the leak on a sprinkler riser. He said at the end of the job he'd be by later in the day to check for leaks and restore water service to my sprinkler system, that never happened. I never got a return visit or call. I didn't really care as it seems the work he did was sound when I checked later in the afternoon. Weeks later I come to realize that part of my sprinkler system is no longer functioning. I took it upon myself to troubleshoot the issue since this zone was working fine before Seumas's visit. Turns out that Brian, while digging to fix the sprinkler riser, cut through the buried sprinkler electrical wire. I'm sure he noticed this and never told me, as it was painfully easy for me to find myself. Sloppy work, and complete shadiness in my opinion. Get the check, never inform the customer of errors you created and go on your merry way. Way to foment repeat business! I will never be calling them again, even though they are my neighbors and live less than 1/8 mile from me. Unfortunate as I really wanted to support a very local business.

They showed up on time and did a very good professional job. Its been a long time and I don't remember all the details.

We have always been happy with them. They come in, but if they can't do the work there is no charge for the house call. I find them to be very honest and up front, as well as having reasonable pricing. I would absolutely recommend them.

HE DID THE JOB VERY WELL AND STAYED AS LONG AS IT WAS NECESSARY TO CLEAR IT. IT TOOK HIM SEVERAL TIMES TO GET THE LINE CLEARED. HE WAS ALL ABOUT BUSINESS. THEY CAME LATE, BUT DID CALL A FEW TIMES TO UPDATE US AND LET US KNOW THEY WERE CAUGHT UP ON ANOTHER JOB. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE (QUOTED $68, SAID $78 WHEN THEY CAME OUT BUT IMMEDIATELY CHANGED IT TO $68 WHEN I TOLD THEM THEY HAD QUOTED $10 LESS BY PHONE).

SHOWED UP ON TIME, PLUMBING WAS FIXED.

THEY ARE THE FIRST PLUMBER THAT EVER SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY DID AND THEY CALLED AFTERWARDS TO SEE IF THE WORK WAS GOOD AND IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING ELSE AS A MATTER A FACT THEY CHARGED LESS THAN WHAT WE THOUGHT AND WERE FAIR. WE HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND EACH TIME THEY ARE ON TIME AND ACCURATE AND FAIR.

THESE PLUMBERS HAVE DONE LOTS OF WORK FOR US IN THE PAST AND THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN AND EFFICIENT. THEIR PRICES ARE VERY COMPETITIVE AND YOU CAN USUALLY SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT THE SAME DAY. IN THIS CASE THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME, DID THE JOB QUICKLY AND NEATLY REPLACED EVERYTHING UNDER THE SINK WHEN THEY WERE DONE.
