We recently got serviced from Sentry for the first time and I couldn't be happier! I felt like the last company we used to use would nickel & dime us every chance they got, however, with Sentry I didn't feel that way at all!! Chris came to service us and he thoroughly explained everything to me and made me feel like I definitely made the right decision to try a new pest control company. Not only was their technician great their office staff was too! I had to reschedule and they were more then willing to assist me without any issues.. Let's just say after this great first encounter we signed up for their general pest services for every other month.

We are so appreciative to the professionalism and attentiveness that Sentry Termite & Pest Control Company has shown us in helping us with our bee problem. Our chimney was invaded by bees that ultimately made a beehive in it. The bees were getting into our home, and we didn't know what to do. During the day, you could hardly walk outside because the bees where so active. I called Sentry on a whim, and they were willing to send someone over to assess the situation. Their technician Bill arrived at our home, on time, and was very professional and knowledgeable. He came completely prepared and suited up to go on top of our house. Bill was able to successfully remove and relocate the hive. Bill even put shoe covers on his feet when he entered our home to look at the inside of the chimney. He was that concerned about keeping my floors clean. I was completely 100% + satisfied with the job that Sentry performed at our home. Their attention to detail, safety and concern for the bees was top notch. I would not hesitate to recommend Sentry to my family and friends.

I used a different service who offered a lower quote. I was very happy with them.

Three times I had to reschedule service due to their inability to meet the appointment. First time I was contacted by the office 48 hours before appointment telling me inspector had another appointment or personal issue that came up and he would not be able to come out as scheduled and could they reschedue for the following week. Ok. That appointment was a "no show". I called the office and they said they hadn't been able to get a hold of inspector, but when they did they would have him come out. I told them I had to get to work and couldn't wait longer. They apologized and we tried again setting appointment for following Monday and they assured me he would be onsite by 7:30 am. Sunday at 5pm I received a call from the estimater saying he had something else come up and wouldn't be able to make the appointment - could he come later or reschedule. No thank you. I will find another provider.

Once the inspection report was submitted to us, we noted that they had included items which the HOA was responsible for. Once that was pointed out to Sentry they provided us with a revised inspection report indicating only 2 of the 19 original items to be our responsibility but they had changed the verbage from the original report regarding these two items. I telephone their office to find out why they changed the wording from the original report and was told that the technician would have to call me the next morning with the explanation. When I didn't recieve that call, I again called Sentry during their regular business hours and got their voice mail. I left a message asking them to please return my call which they did not. I then sent them an email asking the same question to which I got an very unprofessional, over inflated egotistical reply from John Lewis, President of Sentry Termite & Pest Control, Inc. He stated that the revised report was "identical" to the original and that I could file a complaint with the Structural Pest Control Board if I was dissatisfied. This entire fisaco was initiated by them changing the wording from the original report to the revised report. It could have been easily handled with just a telephone call and explanation which they chose not to do. Needless to say, I DO NOT recommend this company.

We discovered recently that we have a pretty pervasive gopher problem. After calling a few other companies for comparison: Sentry was the most reasonably priced (for the lengthy treatment process needed to fix our problem) and the most thorough in initial inspection (and was even willing to come look at our property while we were at work!) Their technician showed up on the first day for treatment: he was super prompt (even beat me there--I was on my way home from work...) and was professional and courteous. When he was done, he explained all work he did (the full where, how and why's) and cheerfully answered all additional questions I had. We are very impressed so far.

I had an ant problem and I phoned them and the company came out that same morning. I called about 8 am and they came around 9:30 so there were serious about the fact that if you have any infestations while working with them they will come right out and fix the problem for you. They are very nice and a locally owned business. The guy that came out was very professional and their price and quality is exceptional!
