Very pleased with our new roof!
Description of Work: Richard said he could complete the roof in three days. On the first day his crew tore off our old roof and completed the new roof by the third day. The debris was cleaned up every evening. Truly a professional roofing company.

Description of Work: Mr Fannin showed up on the date agreed and replaced the roof in the time he stated. After he job was finished, all debris was picked up and the area was least clean. I plan on using him for roofing jobs in the future.

Description of Work: Never even bothered to return my call. I guess he doesn't need the business so I accommodated him by hiring someone else.

I'm sorry. I return all phone calls (if i can understand the number given). Sometimes I do miss a call, ie: overwhelming calls, volume of work, or just plain sick. I don't remember the name.

Richard quoted the job and had the best price . Richard was present or stopped by every day to make sure things were progressing. His workers arrived on time and finished within 2 1/2 days as promised. Richard had done multiple roofs in the neighborhood going back several years. All positive comments from neighbors. Easy choice.
Description of Work: Removed 2 layers of roof. Installed new roof and vents.

Job started on time, finished on time. Richard gave us a $600 discount because plywood was cheaper than he had anticipated, so he passed the savings on to us. He was polite and responsive. A great guy. He might talk your ear off a bit, but he is just awesome and we loved working with him. I wish we had another house to re-roof, so we could use him again. He was recommended to us by friends who flip homes, so that was a big indication to us that he could work for less, and sure enough, he gave us the best quote by a few thousand dollars, and he did a fantastic job.
Description of Work: Tore off old roof, put on new roof, installed dormer vents. Old roof was two layers of wood shingles and asphalt shingles on top. New roof is plywood with radiant barrier and asphalt shingles.

Richard Fannin Roofing came in with the best bid to replace the roof on our Simi Valley CA house. We signed the contract and set a date for the work to begin. On April 25, 2011 - The roofers showed up on time. They were very efficient and did a great job. The roof was finished in a timely manner.
