A for everything, including the price. If he does more than cook top repair, then yes, I will use him again. I like what he's doing. He doesn't try to do more than is necessary. He's very professional and very knowledgeable.

He called (Richard) and explained that our model Kenmore made that sound when necessary to automatically defrost. It was not looud and didn't last long and he explained very politely and accurately that it did not need to be repaired. It would have been so easy to come out and charge us for a service call.......but he didn't do that....,instead explained what was happening and thanked us for the call !!! - What a great surprise - from an ethical professional. We will recommend him for sure and keep his info for the future.

He is very good at what he does. He has also fixed my ice machine. He is not cheap, but he is fair, and the work turned out good.

Matt explained what had happened to the old one and they do wear out in about 8 yrs. Ours was twice as old. He was knowledgable and showed us what was wrong with the old ice maker. He was prompt and did the work efficiently. There is a 90 day warranty on labor and parts. The ice maker is working well to date. PS: He does washers and dishwashers as well.

It was a fair price and probably better than a bigger service. He was very clean, and didn't leave a mess.

The repair required on the wine coolers was the same and they did a good job fixing it. The refrigerator had a refrigerant leak in it, which they were unable to locate and stop. I ended up having to call another repair service to repair my refrigerator. The person who came out every time was Matt. I also noticed that even though they have a senior discount, you have to ask for it, they don't offer it upfront. Response to Provider's response: I do not agree with the provider's reason for not repairing the Sub Zero refrigerator. He tried to repair it, and was unsuccessful. In addition, the refrigerator was not under the manufacturer's warranty, since it was 15+ years old. I would use them to repair my U-Line wine coolers, but not my refrigerator.

They did a good job. They were competent, did the job, and they explained what the situation was. They did what they said they would do.

It took a week to get a service call. Matt also advised on a dishwasher problem.

Great. Still ongoing, actually. Awaiting a part. But Matt came out a second time at no charge, and said he would adjust his fee for the next visit based on the first visit. (When the fridge was not completely repaired.)

They knew exactly where to go and they didn't hesitate at all. They had the right equipment and were prepared for the job. Very decent good people. You feel very safe around them.
