+ -1 moreThey are outstanding. Their prices were fair, but they were not cheap. I would have loved it if it was cheaper. It's been all these months and it's just now getting ready to need cleaned again. I have white carpet. The other guys had to come back more often. In spite of the price it was a great job.
Description of Work: They cleaned carpets in entire house.

+ -1 moreWhen they showed up (an hour late) they stated that they knew I had three pieces to clean, but "white couches cost more" and "couches with cushions cost more." They wanted $350 for EACH piece. Since it was a couple of days before Thanksgiving, I guess they assumed I would be desperate enought to pay more than triple the quoted price. As the saying goes, "never assume. . . ." I sent them away and found another vendor who cleaned all three pieces for $400.
Description of Work: I phoned this company for a quote to clean two couches and a love seat all of which I told them were off white in color. They quoted $300 TOTAL for all three pieces so I made an appointment I repeated the price and confirmed that was the quote.

+ -1 moreWhen they arried they wanted to charge me more than three times the original quote because my furniture is white. I repeated that I told Brian, the manager, that the furniture was white when he gave me the estimate. I was then told that the price was higher because the couches have cushions. Don't most couches have cushions??? I spoke to Brian on the phone to complain. He admitted that he knew the furniture was white when he gave the estimate, that I had told him about all the pieces at the time he gave the estimate, yet he had no other comment except that it was and quot;just an estimate.and quot; Total bate and switch just to get the job. I refused and sent them on their way even though it is the day before Thanksgiving and we have company coming. I promised to let others know about their reprehensible business practices, so here it is.
Description of Work: I phoned them a week prior, told them that I has several pieces of white furniture to clean and Scotchguard before Thanksgiving. They quoted me a reasonable price, so I scheduled them.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE THOROUGH, AND THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THE CARPET IS CLEAN, AND THEY ASKED IN ADVANCE IF WE WANTED ANY PRETREATMENT. THEY CONTACTED US TO SEE IF WE WERE INTERESTED, AND THEY DO NOT TRY TO CONVINCE ME IF WE ARE NOT INTERESTED.
Description of Work: THEY DID CARPET CLEANING FOR ROOMS AND STAIRS.
