Description of Work: I accidentally submitted a claim on a company with a very similar name "Pure Pool" instead of this company "Pure Water Pool and Spa". I had no connection or business with Pure Water Pool and they did not perform any work for me. I apologize for the confusion and poor review on the Pure Water Pool and Spa service review.

+ -1 moreZach took over from another pool service a few months ago. He seemed OK at first and said he would replace a circuit breaker to the pool cleaner free of charge. He botched this and without notice the electricity to the whole house shut down. His friend at Wire Works Electrical fixed the problem and said that our panel was old and it would cost about $2400 to replace. I checked out the price at Home Depot and found a price of less than $200 for the panel and all breakers! What a profit. Zach also switched our service to Tuesday. When I told him I preferred later in the week, he was non responsive. I am now searching for another service provider.
