 + -1 moreI COULD TALK TO HIM IN MY OWN LANGUAGE, SPANISH. I UNDERSTOOD MY PROS AND CONS OF LOOSING MY HOUSE. HE INTRODUCED ME TO HIS WIFE WHO IS IN CHARGE OF LOANS, AND TRY TO HELP ME TO FIND A BETTER WAY OF MAKING MY PAYMENTS.
Description of Work: MARIO POSADAS CAME TO MY HOUSE TO GIVE ME AN APPRAISAL, BECAUSE I WANTED TO KNOW IF I COULD SELL MY HOUSE, AND IF IT WAS WORTH IT. HE WAS VERY KIND, AND HE EXPLAINED TO ME THE ODDS OF SELLING THE HOUSE.
