Perfect Patios

Very well. Still waiting on the staining of the patio cover so I’ll let you know once completed. It’s been almost 4 weeks since I’ve heard back but she did say they’re behind due to the holidays and rain. They did such a great job I don’t mind waiting but need to hear from them soon for a schedule to have it completed. I would highly recommend them. Great job Perfect Patios’s!

It took awhile for them to get back to me following my initial call. Once they did, they arrived at my property on time. It took another while to provide the estimate. She told me it would be on the Monday following our appointment, which was 3 days; however, after approximately 2 weeks with no work and 2 - 3 calls asking how much longer it would be, she called to apologize and say that she had been swamped. Then, within a couple of days, she called with our estimate. This company was referred to me by a friend, and because I liked the work done at their house, I will definitely use them to perform the work for us. Also, the owner of the company wa professional and polite when I met with her and the times I spoke to her.

They were quick and did a great job.

In seeking to replace a dry rotting, 20 year old patio cover, we had 4 companies bid the job. Perfect Patio's bid, while not the cheapest, was just about the mid-point. We were sold on the professionalism of one of the owners, Donna, who personally bid the job. She promised the job would be done in one day, which surprised us as one company had told us the job would take 4 to 5 days. Donna laid out the timeline, stating that the materials would be dropped at 6:00 a.m., the crew on site by 8:00 a.m. and the job completed no later than midday. The materials were dropped at our residence at 5:55 a.m., the crew on site at 7:45 a.m. and the job completed at 1:00 p.m. , including a detailed cleanup. The construction crew as professional and courteous and most importantly, built an awesome patio cover. Donna came out while the job was in progress to ensure our expectations were being met. We bought a home that was built in 1981 and have been working over the last few years to complete a total remodel. Having used a number of contractors in the process, we have run the gamut of experiences. This was the best! We cannot more highly recommend this company.

I needed some work done and the people that I brought it wanted way too much just to blast the steel to repaint it. Perfect patios came out and took a look and said that I might have a hard time finding somebody to blast it and she came back with a fantastic price and her overall work was just great. They used great materials and they were really quick. She had a really good crew. They were all really super professional. When they show up on the job, they don't stand around trying to figure out what to do, they all go to different places and start working. I was expecting twice of what they charged. I recommend them.

Company came out to take a look and seemed very prepared and knowledgeable. Said I should hear back in a week but if I could send existing permits, that would help. Found what I could on the permits and faxed over to them. They called about the permits and seemed confused as to why I sent, but said they'd get back to me soon. This all took place I believe Sept/Oct 06 and it is now almost Jan 07. Never a call or letter since. Guess they didn't want to do my job.

THEY SCHEDULED US WITHIN 3 WEEKS AND FINISHED THE PATIO COVERS THAT DAY. THERE WERE 4 MEN THAT WORKED VERY WELL TOGETHER. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY WAS PART OF THE TEAM AS WELL. WE WERE EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE JOB THEY DID.
