It went extremely well. Jason came out promptly and gave me a written estimate, which was followed up by a printed one (via email) after I gave him the go ahead. The work was performed without flaw and I was very satisfied. The cost, which included all materials (e.g., the two doors) was about the same as an estimate from a franchised handyman company for the labor alone.

Our friends referred Paradise Restoration to us. They had their windows replaced and when we saw the quality of the work, we called Jason. He came out, measured the windows and gave us a quote on the spot. We signed the contact that day (Sept. 13, 06). He told us it would be about three weeks for installation because the windows needed to be ordered. He installed the windows on Sept. 29th. One of the window openings was crooked from when the house was built and Jason needed to shim and trim the window for it to fit. Not his fault, it was from the original construction. When he replaced the slider, he also trimmed the inside with primed ready to paint moulding. He and his helper were very professional and hard working. Began the job at 9am and were gone by 4pm. I have referred this company to everyone who has asked. Everything was cleaned up and he even took the old aluminum windows away, so we wouldn't have to dispose of them ourselves.
