Description of Work: He did a roof job and a room remodel. He also repaired a hole in the ceiling and painted.

Description of Work: 1. He stripped off the painting from the wood siding of the home & repainted the exterior of the entire house. 2. He painted the fence around the home. 3. He rescreened 18 windows—He used the wrong spline. He also damaged my kitchen faucet by pushing through a window too hard. He then replaced it with a cheaper one. 4. He took all of my screen doors for my patio (4 pairs) and replaced them with poor quality replacement doors. They never fit properly. In the process he removed the security sensors. I asked him before we started the work if he knew how to reattach the sensors, and he said yes. He was unable to reattach the sensors properly, thus damaging the security setup. 5. He painted and installed wood shutters that I had purchased.
