Best of all Mark is honest. The job took less time than he'd estimated so he billed for 20% less than he'd quoted.

Mark has been a real trooper throughout this whole process and I asked him endless questions and he answered them endlessly. He stuck it out for several weeks with me after reconfiguring my circuit panel, I would ask him endlessly about the good Chargers Juice Box vs. Chargepoint Etc. He is even helping me with my rebate and getting the permit inspector appt achieve more financial savings. San Gabriel Valley Bldg and Safety Permits was here today and thankfully to Mark who showed him around, I got my release form and now I can get my $500 rebate. I did not even have to do or say anything, Mark took care of it all. So happy and grateful.
