Description of Work: They trimmed an overgrown lemon tree, used some pavers that I already had to create a path around the perimeter of my yard, reroute some sprinklers. They are going to plant a new tree and several plants, add some white decorative rock around the plants and build 2 small raised gardens. I haven't picked out my plants yet or the wood for the planters so I postponed part of the project. It will be completed as soon as I decide on the plants. Pete the owner has been very helpful with suggestions of plants that will work in my yard. Currently they will be trimming 4 very tall cypress trees in my front yard and that will be done tomorrow. (That is an added price of course) I am very pleased with the work that has been done.

Description of Work: Hired Landmark Landscaping to clean up my yard, do some planting and perform regular maintenance. Pete does all the maintenance work himself and did all the clean up and planting with a helper. It's great communicating directly with the individual that's doing the work. Everything was as discussed....no surprises.

I was going to have minimum work done but because the cost was lower than expected, I decided to let them remove the overgrown unsightly trees and plant new trees which were more appropriate for the size of the yard. The owner, Pete came up with a plan that was simple yet lovely. His employees worked very hard and long hours to get the job done in a timely manner. Pete Pelayo the owner came by several times during the project to make sure that the project was going well and done to his specifications. I decided that I would like to add some bushes along the back wall which he he helped me pick out and had them planted at no extra cost. I did of course pay for the cost of materials. (trees, plants, bender board and sod) They are not included in the and quot;cost of serviceand quot;. I will use Landmark Landscape again because they are reliable and do a great job for a reasonable price in a timely manner.
Description of Work: Landscaping of the entire back yard. I did not have a lot of money to spend on this project but they were able to re-purpose some paving stones that I had to make the patio bigger. Plus add from their own stock what I was missing, fix the broken sprinkler system, remove two overgrown Cypress trees, and plant 2 new trees and over a dozen new bushes to make a hedge. They also put in bender board, fresh Marathon grass sod. and move a shed to a better location on a new paver stone base. They also hauled away all the extra debris that was in the yard.

+ -1 moreThere have been several times that Peter has not come on the day we scheduled. He comes the next day usually unless there is a major wind event. When he comes though, he goes out of his way to accommodate any extra things I ask.
Description of Work: We have LOTS of vines to maintain which, in the summer, can grow a foot a week. Peter keeps them trimmed, by hand, very nicely so that they don't look chopped and bare. We have lots of flowers. He keeps all the leaves blown away and things cleaned up every week. If I put our fertilizers, extra dirt, etc., he will distribute that around appropriately. If I need trees pruned, he will fit that into his schedule and bill me a very reasonable price. I bought a new hose wheel and he brought his concrete drill bits and installed it for me. He will meet me at the nursery to help pick out plants that would work for our particular environment. He is VERY detailed-oriented. He has gotten our yard to the point of being very low maintenance.
