Description of Work: I picked Doug after getting 6 quotes. He was nearly $4k lower than Costco Air Conditioning, with my $1500 rebate from my Costco Executive Card. He replaced my entire heating/air conditioning unit. I got a 4 ton Lennox Compressor with a dual stage 16 seer furnace. I even posted a review on Facebook, I was so impressed with his service.

 + -1 moreVery responsive and professional. Replaced all the old equipment, and installed the new units. After a couple days their was a small leak ( not their fault, old condensation pipe was angled incorrectly) but they fixed it asap!! and everything is running great.

 + -1 moreI got two other bids and he was the lowest by half the other bids. He was on time, did what he said he was going to do, did a little extra with building a new foundation for the unit, and cleaned up well.
Description of Work: They put a Goodman 5 Ton gas electric heater and AC model. He removed the old heating unit on the roof. He had to rewire from the box down stairs for the new unit on the roof, installed a new thermostat and a six month check on the unit. It is new and 10 year part and warranty. It has a 20 year heat exchanger warranty.

Description of Work: He replaced A/C condenser, repaired and resealed pipes in garage furnace and replaced drywall.
