Kyle Taylors Landscape and Irrigation

The technician was very polite, attentive, and did a good job. He actually rolled up his sleeves, walked around, and checked the sprinklers. He didn't just sit in the garage next to the control panel like other companies have done in the past.

Kyle is a nice guy, but i did not get a satisfactory outcome. He repaired irrigation as needed, and planted 2 areas in front of my driveway. The goal was for drought-tolerant plantings to reduce water usage; and we also discussed the exposure to ensure proper plants would be selected. He planted the recommended plants and set the irrigation. After 3 weeks, they were pretty much dead. Despite not providing a guarantee on his work, to his credit, he came back and replanted the dead areas. However, they too never took and the area remains dead and bare. I feel he either did not recommend appropriate plants or did not plant them correctly, and did not set irrigation appropriately. I'm pretty patient and understanding, but the end result was clearly not satisfactory.

He did an excellent job. I would absolutely call him again. He has great knowledge.

A great review and maintenance of our complex irrigation system. Arrived on time, reviewed the issues, made appropriate suggestions and did the work. Additional expenses due to replacing worn parts but in doing so saved us from constant hassle and expense of leaking water.

Not well. There were leaks in the irrigation lines from the beginning. Some lines broke within two or three weeks. All plants died within 2 months, even with care, I was told to pay before he came to do the work which he said was a "mistake" To his credit he did put holes through the retaining hall so a hose could go throu and he did put a great handle on one of the irrigation systems.

The service was pretty good. I was happy with the service. He showed up on time. He charged me for replacing some sprinkler heads like $20 or so.

Terrific! Kyle went above and beyond. He took care of the repairs and even reset my backyard sprinkler's automatic timer which sounds easier than it was. I didn’t even know where the controller was located.

It went fine but when I asked him to replace a valve for a hose bib, a procedure that took 15 minutes the price went way way way up. .

It arrived on Tim and spent an hour identifying sprinkler stroubke spots. He was very professional and explained what needed to be do.

Kyle looked at how my sprinklers were running on 5 stations, 3 stations in the back and 2 stations in the front. He adjusted some sprinklers so they hit the lawn better. He found a small leak in the front and a couple of the sprinklers needed to get replaced. He did all this in a timely manner and everything seems to be going smoothly so far. The only small issue we had was that he must be very busy because we had to reschedule since the first time he was running late from a prior appointment. Our second try he came about 15 minutes late, but the quality of his work is good, so I can see why he's busy.

Very well. I needed more repair than the original $65 & it took awhile to get an appointment and the first one had to be rescheduled because a job he was involved in took longer than expected.

I am very disappointed. Not all sprinklers were checked. What apparently is a leak and was pointed out by me and he agreed it was probable. That was not rectified.

Kyle was very professional and fixed the sprinklers that I was having problems with. He replaced heads, adjusted spray patterns and checked the timer. I would recommend him to others.

Great! They inspected the entire system, made some adjustments and provided a comprehensive proposal to fix the problems they encountered. A few days later, they returned to complete the repairs and did a beautiful job. Very pleased with the service and the price!

Kyle is young, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He checked every zone (11), adjusted sprinkler heads as needed, and marked areas where additional sprinklers were needed. A $50 additional charge was for the five additional zones.
