I've been working with Kraken Pool Services for a few years now, and my pool has never looked better! (Crystal clear!) The team is extremely reliable, and they always do an excellent job. I've had others pool cleaning services in the past, but none have compared to Kraken. Krakenâ s as always being on time, and they don't let any weather conditions stop them from doing their job. Compare to others that never show up when itâ s raining or are the condition. As a member of the military unit, I sometimes have to leave for extended periods of time. But Kraken has never failed me. They keep me updated with clear reports and pictures of their work each time. Their communication is top-notch, and I appreciate their professionalism. If you're not using Kraken Pool Services, you're missing out. I highly recommend them, and I'm sure you'll be impressed with their work. Takes super good care of my pool, spends time doing the pool cleaning, getting zillion of leaves from neighbors Oak tree out of pool while pool sweeps being repaired. Todd and his team took over the care of our pool a few months ago and we couldn't believe how much improved it looks. The care is there and detailed reports regarding the service and pool levels are sent weekly. In addition to great customer service, Todd has really worked with us to try and resolve some existing issues with the pool. The price for weekly cleaning, and chemicals is super important to us and Kraken does it all and more for a very affordable price. I highly recommend this business!

Todd and Angle are so friendly, communicative and thorough. We get a text of the report/status of the pool when the maintenance is done which is extremely nice! Highly, HIGHLY recommend. Since we moved here 5 years ago and have had a few different pool services that were either unreliable or creating algae blooms in the pool or just werenâ t the right fit. But then we found Kraken. Iâ ll never break up with Kraken. They are just too good, so personable - everything you would expect from such great people and service. Hire them but donâ t steal them away from us!

I live in another state and flew home to see my elderly father after my mom just pasted. To my surprise my father let the pool go and it was green. After having a hand full of consultations with different companies I decided to go with Kraken Pool Company. In no time my fathers pool was restored and looks beautiful!! I am back out of state now and continue with their service. They email me pool cleaning reports and send me pictures as to kept up with my fathers pool. Super friendly, honest, affordable and affordable pricing. I highly recommend this company!
