Kenneth was awesome, arrived on time & got the jobs done super quickly! I’d definitely hire him again for power washing + any junk removal projects I’ll need done in the future. Pricing was also super fair!

I saw Kenneth was cleaning my neighbor stucco this morning and asked if he can do the same service for my house. He did a quick evaluation and told me he can do it right after he is done with my neighbors. He provided the price in front before starting. He did a quick job finishing up in 1 hour. After couple re touch a few spots for more details, all look clean and nice. He also extended the cleaning to the algae growing on the stone walls around the side yard. Similarly a quick nice job done to those. Altogether it took him 1.3 hours to finish the 2200 sqft 2 story house including the stone walls. Overall I'm happy with what he did and appreciate him for clear communication (had to communicate over the phone not in person for the entire process).

Ken did an excellent job on our new garage floor! It came out absolutely beautiful! I would HIGHLY recommend this company! He was fast and efficient, and most importantly he was great at communication and returned all calls and text messages promptly!

They did such an amazing job! My move out kept getting pushed back, and they were more than patient, kind and understanding, having to work around that, and when they came out to the house for the power washing they were very professional, and did such a great job would absolutely hire again!!

The Pressure Washing went great. Ken kept if advised as to how it was going and we were able to go out and see the progress. Ken explained everything and went out of his way to remove some rust on the patio and spilled paint near our side gate. While his services were great his pricing was very reasonable. I will certainly use him again and recommend him very highly.

Great…Kenneth is a pro! He arrived on time and knew just what to do! We had embedded dirt from old renters that needed power tools and solvents to remove. Kenneth evaluated the surfaces, made recommendations and delivered clean and bright patios and adjacent wall surfaces. He was efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. It had been power washed a week ago by our apartment’s choice but that left long term embedded dirt and stains! Great job by a professional! Thanks!
