It was delivered. When I called the warranty company, Whirlpool. They told us the machine was four years old. Johnny said, 'we gave you $100 off.' We didn't think that was a very professional thing to do.
Description of Work: We bought a dryer from them. We talked to two employees. I asked if the machine was new. They said 'yes'.

Did not use!
Description of Work: Did not use them. Called and set up an appointment, they called me during the appointment time to tell me that would not be coming out. The one tech they had for my dryer was working. Not like I have an uncommon type of dryer, it is a Whirlpool front loader about 8 years old. I had taken the morning off work to take care of this. I was stuck without a working dryer for another day, and taking time off work again to meet a repair person from another company!!

CAME TO MY HOME. WAS VERY POLITE AND WAS ON TIME. DID EVERYTHING THAT THEY PROMISED.
Description of Work: MY DRYER WAS NOT WORKING. CAME IN AND CLEANED OUT THE HOSE AND ALL OF THE LINT THAT WAS BLOCKING THE HEATER TO DRY THE CLOTHES.

THEY ARE THE MOST VALUE PRICED, WIDE VARIETY, HELPFUL APPLIANCE DEALER AND REPAIR IN SIMI, THEY NEVER MAKE YOU WAIT AND TRULY SHOW UP ON TIME WHEN YOU MAKE A SERVICE APPOINTMENT.
Description of Work: WE PURCHASED OUR REFRIG AND MICROWAVE FROM THEM, THEY THEN GOT US TO PURCHASE FRONT LOADING NEPTUNE WASHER AND DRYER.
