Description of Work: Fixed my lamp. Had to invest more time than originally thought, but he stuck to the same price and trouble-shooted the best way to fix the lamp. It went great and the lamp is sturdier than ever!

+ -1 moreOur condominium homeowners association has hired Jerry Valencia many times to perform projects of various sizes. Jerry shows up, has good ideas about how to accomplish the project, and he performs good quality welding work for a very fair and reasonable price.
Description of Work: Jerry Valencia of Jerry's Welding Shop has performed several projects for our condominium homeowners association, including: replacing a long fence and gate that encloses a patio, replacing a large door to the trash dumpster storage room, installing two support beams on the garage gate to enhance security, and several other small projects repairing items in the common areas and enhancing building security.
