+ -1 moreI THINK THAT THEIR REPAIR CHARGE FOR WHAT THEY DID WAS VERY REASONABLE. THE TIME FOR THE DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIR WAS RELATIVELY QUICK, CONSIDERING HOW BUSY THEY WERE AT THE TIME.
Description of Work: OUR DAUGHTER'S COMPUTER STOPPED WORKING. WE TOOK IT TO JEM COMPUTERS. THEY FIGURED OUT THAT THE HARD DRIVE WAS BAD, REPLACED IT, AND LOADED THE OPERATING SYSTEM AND SOFTWARE BACK INTO THE NEW HARD DRIVE.
