house cleaning
+ -1 moreThe experience was bad. I had her on a regular basis, but they have damaged so many things in my house. They go as fast as they can, I have 7 broken shutters, I have broken crystal candle sticks. She is a very sweet, charming, young entrepreneur. The gals that work for her don't speak English. She doesn't listen to what you try to tell her. There were still rags hanging over the bannister after they left.
Description of Work: I used Housecleaning By Luz. 2 of them were here for 2 hours, and they charged $200. We started off with what was supposed to be a thorough house cleaning, and then maintenance after that. I was under the impression that she was going to have 3 people, that she was going to stay until she got the job done.
