Matthew and Adam worked very hard with a helpful attitude and 'can do' approach to a very stubborn drain problem.

Matt's crew did a great job. they worked like a well oiled machine. The quality of the work was outstanding. Design the water main so it could be shut out to the house,but still have water outside so you are never without access to water.

Matt is great, detailed, careful, and dependable. Highly respectful to customer On time and finishes on time or before with 100% cleanup. Tub was a 330 lb iron cast (no easy task) and two Toto's. Both set in well. New shower fixtures installed too. I will use them again.

Our water heater broke on a Sunday evening. We called Highsmith & Daughters and they got right back to us, with a fair quote for replacing the unit. They came early Monday morning with the new water heater, installed it and cleaned the area. Not only were they efficient, honest, and fair, they were very friendly and made the whole experience a pleasant one.

They were on time, explained everything, were quick and cleaned up. We will use them again.

They do excellent work. They even clean up afterwards, so that I don't have to, which is a huge plus for me. When they came to fix my drain, they noticed another problem. Instantly I became skeptical, but they showed me the part that needed to be replaced, and it was apparent it was old and so I gave them my approval. I was elated to hear that it was under $10 to fix, and so grateful they caught it and brought to my attention, because I could imagine if I'd not fixed it, this could of been a lot more money. I've used this plumbing company 3 times, and will use them as my primary plumber in the future.

Matthew's customer service was fabulous!! You can tell he really cares about his clients. Matthew sent his guy Jay to actually do a wet bar demo & we got rid of the wet bar sink which meant the plumbing had to be capped off and put inside the walls so a new cabinet can be installed. Jay did a fantastic job, was friendly and kept the mess to a minimum! Great Guys, Great Job!!!
