Having Justin and his team clean my carpets, tile and area rugs was an outstanding experience. It was so easy to set up my appointment, and they showed up today on the dot! They were incredibly courteous, careful and thorough. Consummate professionals—my carpets and area rugs are beautifully clean and my tile is spotless. Everything looks brand new and smells fresh; and when you have pets, which I do, that is so, so important! Justin is now my floorcare professional for life. A+++++++

I sent my request out to 4 company's to have my carpets cleaned. Famous Carpet and Floor Care responded almost immediately with a quote. The other three did not ever respond. I contacted Famous at the end of the week and we set up a date and time. They were right on time and very professional and knowledgeable. They did the job in about an hour. I am very pleased with the results and definitely will hire them again.

Famous Carpet saved me! I called on a Thursday, hoping to have clean carpets before visitors arrived on Sunday. Justin was so accommodating: he arranged for his hard-working, professional associate to be at my home when I returned from work the following day; my carpets and couches were clean and sparkling by early evening. I will definitely call this company again!

The thing I liked about this guy, because it's a newly business. He's been in it for a long, long time. He just was on his own. He was willing, because it was just a spot, even though you have to drag all the equipment in, he was willing to give me a very good rate. Because it was caused by a business, the business paid it. The full $125. I just thought it was exceptional that he was willing to work with me. Nobody else was. The other ones were not. An air conditioning company, some motor grease came down unbeknownst to any of us. I brought the air conditioning guy to see it, so he knew it was from him being in the attic, so there wasn't a question about that. He was $25 under on price. I have recommended him already.

Great! Did a really great job on carpets and grout and worked hard to do a superior job.

The owner and his assistant cleaned carpets in four rooms including pretreating for $195 and focused the blower on the room we most frequently use. Spots that didn't come up when treated previously by a company with lower fees are gone. They added me to the schedule the same week based on my scheduling difficulties, followed up with a reminder contact the day prior and called to update with a specific time as we got closer to the one-hour appointment window. Both men were personable and professional. Will definitely use again in the future and highly recommend.

Had a scheduled appointment with another company here on Angie's List that was a no show. Called Justin to fulfill our request on short notice and saved the day. He was finishing up a job when I called, explained my situation, and was able to fulfill our request. Very professional, courteous, kept me abreast, responded quickly, and did not disappoint. The quality of work was second to none. Carpets, area rug, sectional, and ottoman felt and looked brand new! Well deserved accolade for Angie's Super Service Award. Wished I had gone with him in the first place! Save yourself the hassle and dissapoinment by going with this company.

When Justin cleans your carpets, you know they have been cleaned. The system he uses sucks up all the dust and dirt, and removes every stain no matter how long its been there. The entire house is left smelling cleaner than brand new. The carpets even look brand new. He's quick, he's thorough, and he's just a great guy. And the price is right!!

Justin came and cleaned my carpets. He was punctual, professional, straightforward about the price, and spent extra effort trying to get some tough spots out of the carpet. You can tell he has a passion for his field and takes pride in his work. Would definitely recommend and hire again.

He always does a great job! I've tried other carpet cleaning companies, but the quality is never as good as when Justin does it. You get a great quality cleaning for an affordable price. I always recommend him to everyone I know.

Justin was absolutely professional. He showed his knowledge while educating us on how to care for our carpets. I appreciated how lovely they turned out and that my carpets were not soaking wet when he completed the job. Everything was provided from his truck. The only device he brought into our home was the hose. It was not traditional by any means which made the experience a pleasant one. One that I will be hiring Famous Carpet and Floor Cleaning to do again very soon.

There was dog urine on my couch and Justin with Famous Carpet and floor care got it out. My couch looks and smells brand new and at a fair price ! I would refer this company to everybody.

It was an amazing experience since I had NO IDEA they did water clean up!!! In all honesty, I have used Famous Carpet and Floor Care before for carpet cleaning, so trusting them was easy. My family is very active in dog rescue & when fostering puppies it's hard to potty train. We own a generic carpet cleaner, do sanitary clean up but have had FCAFC out many times to do "deep" cleaning!!! I can't speak to pricing on these occasions but will say it has ALWAYS been reasonable & I have taken advantage of their social media "deals", so following them is a benefit to our bank account. They have always been on time, very professional, but most importantly honest about pricing & if we should call in other professionals (outside their expertise) if they feel it's warranted. Another important thing for my family (may not apply to all customers) is the way they ask if you have pets, they don't do the corporate "please lock up your animals" speech... Although safety is 1st for both the customer & techs. The 1st time Eric came over he came in & met our dogs, gave the 4 (plus 2 Foster dogs) a good 5-10 min of his time to let them know he is safe & then was able to tell us it's in our best interest to let the carpets dry a little longer. All their products are animal safe but he was able to judge their personalities & know the damp floors would bother them & possibly make them want to "mark" the areas & would be a waste of money if they did that. Our 2nd cleaning, Justin came out... He did the same meet & greet with the dogs & gave us the same information, he added that FCAFC would come back out & spot clean at a discounted rate in the next 7-10 days if the dogs marked. This company stands behind their work to the point of taking a 50/50 chance that our, male, dogs would compromise it. In this day & age it is hard to trust anyone in your home, I trust them enough that for our next appointment (scheduled for end of August), I will make arrangements to leave a house key with their office manager, Cerrissa, a key to our home.

The music room gets very dirty with foot traffic and spit valves from instruments. The carpet gets horribly stained throughout the year. Justin, the owner, comes in and makes the carpet look almost new again. Plus the room smells terrific when he is done. We don't trust anyone else to clean & sanitize like he does. He is always on time, professional and sticks to his price. He does such a great job on the music room that I had him clean my home carpets. I have pets, a kid & am a red wine drinker. He did just as great of a job at my house and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend his services to anyone!

They did a great job. One technician came out and completed the job in a little over an hour and a half. They were timely. They were very respectful of my home. He made sure to not damage the walls and was very tidy. The carpets look excellent. They were very easy to work with and very nice. I had no problem scheduling the service. He actually was able to come out a day earlier than planned. I would highly recommend this company to others.
