DENNERT GARAGE DOORS

The quality of the door is very good. The installer did a mediocre job where one side of the tracks was pulling away from the frame of the garage. Installer "no speak English" when I had a question. Neither sales person nor installer informed me that the safety feature of the existing opener wouldn't work with the new door. I found out by accident that the door won't stop closing when I accidentally left a shop vac in the way. When I called the office the first time about the install, they tried to tell me that their installer assured them that even though the track is pulled away from the frame it would still hold up!? (They did send someone out to put in a few more screws...) The second time I called to let them know that their new door didn't stop for an obstacle when the old one did, I was told it's not their problem. I'm hiring another company to fix their work.

FAST, NICE QUALITY (AS DESCRIBED) GARAGE DOOR. WORKS WELL. PLEASED WITH DOOR. ONE WINDOW HAS SINCE BROKEN BY MY SON AND IT WAS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.

VERY SATISFIED WITH OVERALL JOB DENNERT DID. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, ADAPTED OUR EXISTING GARAGE DOOR OPENER TO THE NEW DOOR AND CLEANED UP THEIR MESS BEFORE THEY LEFT. WORKERS WERE VERY PLEASANT AND POLITE.

WHEN THEY CAME TO INSTALL THE DOOR THEY WERE ON TIME AND HAD ALL THEIR MATERIALS AND WERE READY FOR THE INSTALLATION. THEY WERE QUICK, CLEAN AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

DENNERT WAS EFFICIENT AND COMPETITIVE IN PRICING. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE OVERALL PRODUCT, SERVICE AND WORKMANSHIP. THEY CAME OUT IN JUST A FEW DAYS AFTER OUR INITIAL CONTACT TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE AND COMPLETED THE WORK WITHIN A WEEK.
