Josh gave us a quote, which was reasonable, and he stuck to that quote. He was professional, polite, respectful of the home and clean! Josh was there every day, he did all of the work with the help of one or two associates. The quality of his work was extremely high, and because of this, dramatically improved the value of my home. The job was completed in a timely manner, and the estimation of tile needed at the beginning of the job was right on the mark when the job was completed. I highly recommend Josh Corey for anyone looking for a high level installation.

Josh was wonderful! He was very attentive and helpful picking out the stone to use, colors and patterns. He shopped for, ordered and picked up the tile (which we paid for separately directly to the store utilizing his contractors discount). He was always very pleasant and eager to please. He cleaned up after himself everyday, so by the time he was through, but for the fact that we had two new fireplaces to look at, and new floors to walk on, you couldn't tell he had been there! I cannot recommend this fellow enough! He's a real gem!

We hired Josh Corey to build us a shower and tile our bathroom floor. Our old shower sprung a leak in the shower pan and we ended up re-doing the entire bathroom. We opted for a shower with travertine walls, a glass accent strip and natural stone floor. Our new shower is large - almost 10' x 3.5'. I'm not going to get into what my wife and I plan to do in such a large shower...that information would almost certainly be promptly removed by Angie's Lists' moderators. We are extremely pleased with Josh's work: Josh takes pride in his work. It was important to Josh that everything be done correctly. He builds showers with full concrete walls and hot mopped pans. The end result is solid and I have a lot of confidence that it will stand the test of time. Josh takes the time to make sure the shower looks as perfect as possible. He carefully strategized the tile layout so that the most visible walls would have the maximum amount of full tiles and the minimum amount of small awkward cuts. His grout lines looked tight, clean and consistent. Everything that is supposed to be square, straight, level or vertical is precise. His attention to detail is impeccable. We have several places where our intricate glass accent strip wraps around corners onto an area with a short span (like a window sill or where the shower tile meets the bathroom wall). He took the time to cut dozens of tiny pieces of accent glass to make this all look perfect. The entire operation consists of Josh and his assistant Derrick. They were both friendly and pleasant people to have working in our house. They did a great job of keeping the house clean. The job involved our master bathroom which required them to constantly walk across our master bedroom. This kind of work entails an inherent amount of dust and mess, but they managed it well. I met with 3 tilers before hiring Josh. Josh's price was competitive and he did not deviate from his quoted price. In hind site, after seeing the work he put into our bathroom, I feel like I received excellent value. The end result is spectacular and we feel like we get to shower in an amazing work of art that Josh created for us. Thank you Josh!

Josh and Derek did an excellent job on the tile. They showed on time for all appointments, worked diligently, cleaned up each day, were personable and careful of noise generated when I was home during the work and were very professional throughout. In addition, Josh was very responsive to any questions and kept in touch through the work to obtain my input when needed. The cost of the work was reasonable and the work performed was excellent. I would use them again for any new work I may have and would definitely recommend them to others.

Josh is alway on time and very professional. He is pleasant to work with and returns phone calls quickly.

Josh Cory came out to my house to give me an estimate on the repair of the walkway and said that he would email me an estimate that night. He even took some flagstone samples because he said that he was going to stop by a stone yard on his way home in order to try to match the stones. I did not hear from Josh Cory that night so I gave it a few more days before I called to check in. Left a message and never heard back from him so I decided to call someone else for the job. Should have at least gotten a courtesy call to inform me if something came up or if he was not interested in doing the job.

From start to finish this project went well. Joshua Corey was easy to contact and was quick to come out and give us a quote. We had him install a rectified type of tile, which requires minimal grout in the more difficult diamond pattern. The use of minimal grout also requires the surface to be completely level since any differences in elevation will be noticeable because one cannot camouflage them by using a large grout line to hide the fact that the floor isn't level. This worked out beautifully because we had 4 different levels of flooring when going from the hallway, to the entryway, to the family room, and finally to the kitchen. Now everything is level and gorgeous to look at. Joshua excels at his craft of tile installation. I also found him to be punctual, pleasant to deal with, proactive (he brought up potential issues before they happened), open to the client's input, hard working, and most of all, even though I just said it, darn good at what he does. I have plans to remodel my master bathroom in the future, and I will definitely be calling him again. My husband and I have only good things to say about Joshua Corey.

He was fantastic once again! We were at a loss as to what we wanted to do around our spa. Josh came over and made some suggestions that we thought would look great and agreed to. The work turned out fantastic!!!! The flagstone ties in with the walkway we had put in years ago. Happy customers once again:)

He was extremely professional in all aspects of the job. From a prompt response once we called him for a quote to the tearout and clean up. The installation was beautiful!!! We love it and will use him again for sure. We have already recommended him to a few other people looking for a great setter.
