+ -1 moreGeorge Carter is the owner and plumber who offers 24 hour service. After telephoning him of my problem, he came out the next day to begin the work. His business license is #312400. I felt he was knowledgeable of his plumbing. Under the circumstances of the rooter getting stuck, he did not want to charge the additional $900 for the unplanned work of the sewer line replacement. I stated that I would meet him halfway so I gave him $500. He offers a 3 month guarantee for any leaking that may come about as a result of his repairs at no charge. I feel he is very honest and like his methods of business.
Description of Work: I had a sewer problem in which the shower kept overflowing. I have two bathrooms, which are back to back. The plumber attempted to rooter the shower. Unfortunately, the rooter got caught in the shower. A hole needed to be dug to remove the tangled rooter from all the roots of a large tree. The company had to replace the sewer lines from the sidewalk to my house. The overall cost states the sewer line, new seal on the toilet, cleaning of the drains for both bathrooms along with parts and labor. All is in good working order now.
