He orginally said he had the style and motor I wanted, reserached his inventory, called me back within a couple hours, and quickly updated me that it would take an extra day. His responsiveness and follow-through was top notch. We LOVE our new door and motor.

The process was simple and easy, and the work was excellent. We got an estimate three weeks before the doors were installed (they had to be ordered, and we were not in a rush). Spoke with Will and made an appointment for him to come out and give an estimate. He arrived right on time. He was very professional and the estimate he gave was the lowest we received (we got three bids). He did not try to upsell and he told me the exisiting motor would work fine when another company told me it would need to be replaced. I had some shelves that needed to be taken down before the door could be installed and he did this at no additional charge. He gave me the day and time the door would be installed and three workers showed up right on time. They were very nice and did an excellent job. We are very happy with our new garage door - what a difference it makes! I highly recommend Will; it was a great experience from start to finish

I was very impressed with Will's professionalism, honesty, and attention to details. The whole process went very smoothly. Will came in on the same day I called him, assessed the problem and suggested to replace the broken panel I had on my garage door, saving me a significant amount of money I would have spent on a new door. He brought the replacement part on the next day, completed the work within an hour or so and also made several other minor improvements. Will explained the process and offered some advice on maintenance, which was really appreciated. I would definitely recommend him for any garage door services. Thank you!

Unfortunately, the manufacturer sent a door with the wrong windows so it took twice as long as estimated (almost 6 weeks total). I think they should have offered me some kind of discount for the mistake and for having to wait twice as long, but they didn't. The door is nice and I'm happy overall.

I called and made an appointment and was quoted a price of $110.00. He showed up on time (a few minutes early), fixed the opener (it needed a new gear/drive) in a few minutes and charged me $110.00, exactly as quoted. Very friendly and professional. I will definitely call again if I need garage door work.

I needed a replacement garage door opener. Called a few companies for estimates / availability. Carroll Garage Door company was available to do the job within two days and quoted a price for the work over the hone. He came out exactly at the time of the appointment and was able to do the work quickly and cleaned up the work was done. Price was exactly what was quoted. Excellent. Will was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. It's only every once in a long while you come across contractors or service folks like Will. After my experience with him, I already made up my mind to not go to another garage door company other than Will's in the future.

My garage was becoming a real thorn in my side. Every morning it would make a loud bang when we opened it. After several other garage repair companies tried to fix it, I called Will. He adjusted the door and springs, but the next day the door was back to it's old tricks. I called Will and he came again, at no charge. At my wits end, I told him I wanted to install a whole new door and opener. He talked me out of it, even though it would have been profitable for him. He then suggested that the weather stripping might be sticking when the sun heated it up. Sure enough, that was the problem. He replaced the stripping and the door now works perfectly. Will stuck with me when other guys gave up. He's knowledgeable, punctual and professional. I highly recommend using him.

I had a good experience. Carroll Garage Doors returned phone calls promptly, within one day. For both the estimate and the installation they arrived within fifteen minutes of the start of the appointment range. During the estimate they gave me a brochure with various options, such as color, design and insulation. They included an estimate for a new garage-door opener. When I selected just a basic door, the estimate was exactly the amount advertised in the Daily News.
