Description of Work: Our garage door was not working on Sunday. I called Carroll first thing Monday morning and made appointment for noon. Will came on time (actually about 10 minutes early). He fixed the problem quickly. The quote of $85 was the same as that reported by others. I had asked Will to replace the worn bottom seal, and he did that for an additional $20. |

Description of Work: Needed a minor repair on my garage door. It was performed quickly, efficiently and easily. And, my garage door motor was inspected and oiled as part of the service call. Great service, great professionalism, extremely reasonable price, very prompt and fast. This is our second experience with this company and a second A+!! Will use them again without a doubt!

+ -1 moreI called Will in the morning and left a message. One hour later he called, diagnosed the problem over the phone, and gave me an estimate for repair. He was at the house one hour later to complete the repair. He was very professional, prompt, and worked quickly. The original builder only put one torsion spring on garage door, so when that broke, there was no way to open the door. Will installed two torsion springs so that if one breaks in the future, the other will still work. I was very pleased with his work.
Description of Work: A broken torsion spring was replaced.

He directed me to the best product for the application rather than the product that provided him with the most profit. He arrived on time and did the work that was requested. He assured me that I did not need a new external keypad. He left the work area neat and clean. He is a model for his profession.

+ -1 moreI did have one small problem but it was quickly resolved by Mr. Carroll. In the end I wound up paying a little less than my original estimate. All the work was done on time. I would definitely recommend this company.
Description of Work: I had a insulated garage door and opener system installed. I was very pleased with Mr. Carrolls company. He answered all my questions and I called several times. I never felt pressured to get the door from him. The work was well done.

Description of Work: The company completed the job as agreed in Jun of 2007. They did a great job. However, they replaced the door but not the motor...Mr Carroll felt that the existing motor was in good shape and would give us years of service. However, in October the motor stopped working. I called Mr. Carroll, he diagnosed the problem over the phone, instructed me how to fix the problem, which I did. He could have come to the house, charged me for a service call and even suggested I needed a new motor. Mr. Carroll is an honest man and a true professional.

+ -1 moreTHEY RETURNED OUR CALL, AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE ESTIMATE FOR 9 A.M. TUESDAY. HE WAS ON TIME, AND BUSINESS LIKE. HE GAVE US HIS CARD, ESTIMATES, AND BROCHURE. WE DIDN'T SET A DATE BUT HE SAID THEY WOULD CALL, AND IT WOULD BE PROBABLY BE NEXT WEEK. HE CALLED BACK THE SAME DAY, AND SAID HE HAD A CANCELLATION FOR THE NEXT DAY. THEY WERE PROMPT, POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND FINISHED THE WORK IN JUST OVER 2 HOURS.
Description of Work: INSTALLED AN INSULATED SECTIONAL WAYNE DALTON GARAGE DOOR, 4 SIDED WEATHER STRIPPING, AND INSTALLED A GENIE 1/2 HP SCREW DRIVE GARAGE DOOR OPENER THAT WE PURCHASED AT THEIR SUGGESTION BECAUSE IT WOULD BE CHEAPER. THEY ALSO GAVE US THE PRICE, AND MODEL # TO PURCHASE. THEY CHARGED $45 TO INSTALL IT. THEY REMOVED THE OLD DOOR, AND DISPOSED OF IT.
