I got Claudio's name and number from Angie's list on Wednesday, Mar 4 and called and left a message. He called me right back and set up an appointment for the following day. On Thursday he showed up right on time. He replaced a damaged bathroom sink faucet with a fixture I had purchased ahead of time and fixed the toilet that was running all the time. He also had to cut off an outside faucet in order to replace it with a new one. All the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time, and he left my home very neat. I thought his charges were reasonable and we have had no problems since then. I will call Claudio again and highly recommend him to others.

I have a leak under the kitchen sink so I need service right away. When I called the service provider he said he is a one man show and didn't know if he could get to me today. It seemed once he realized I had purchased the special he wasn't as concerned about getting right out here. Caravaggio Plumbing states they have 24 hour emergency service, that doesn't seem to be the case.

Claudio worked hard to schedule an appointment for me given certain time constraints I was under. He arrived early in the morning and on time. At first he looked a leak under the house near a shower and then came up a break in one of the main pipes under the house--which wasn't part of the original service call. This ended up be a several hour + job of getting about 20' of replacement pipe and taking the extra unscheduled time to do that. I can't speak more highly of Claudio.

I don't know why we don't already have a review of Caravaggio since we've used him several times for various jobs. He's always prompt and friendly and fairly priced. In this most recent case, we had a crack in a sprinkler shut off line that he installed. We discovered the problem at around 10:30 AM and as I write at 12:00 noon, it is repaired without charge. People standing by their work means a lot to us and Claudio didn't think twice about it. I highly recommend him.

Claudio replaced our garbage disposal (we purchased the unit) in the kitchen and fixed a leak under the kitchen sink.

Very willing to come out on the morning of Christmas Eve! Claudio and his assistant were on time. The were very friendly - but professional at the same time. They made sure everything was working well before they left, and the work area was clean when they finished. We will be remodeling two bathrooms next year and will ask Claudio to do the plumbing.

After I purchased the deal, the company hasn’t made any attempt to contact me. I will not be working with this company now or in the future.

Claudio was quick to fix my shower water pressure. I would certainly call on him again if I have any plumbing problems!

Claudio responded to our emergency call on a Saturday, even though he was out of town on vacation. He recommended another plumber who turned out to not be available. We were so impressed by Claudio's dedication, good manners and professionalism that we decided to wait the weekend -with water turned off to our house- to have him fix our plumbing on Monday. We wanted to meet the plumber who took time on his vacation to return a customer's call. He fixed our problem, explained everything, and left the work site clean. He charges a fair price but is not cheap. We will definitely call him for future work and would highly recommend his services.

Claudio did a great job. Could only installed one toilet because tile work was being done.

Identified the leak from bathtub drain and replaced the drain pipe assembly without damaging the dry wall using an existing small access port. Showed up with the right parts for the tub and completed the work in under 4 hrs. Drained the tub several times and checked for leaks. Thoroughly cleaned up the work area. Left contact information in case we find any more leaks. Claudio performs quality work and is very professional in keeping the customer informed. Claudio had installed our kitchen faucet and water filtration system on July 7th. We were impressed with the quality of work we hired him to fix the leak from the bathtub drain. We are already repeat customers and will rely on him for future plumbing needs.

Claudio is an excellent plumber. Always courteous and hardworking. Shows up when he says he'll show up. Caravaggio Plumbing has been our plumbing company for a long time. We would not want to do business with anyone else.

This was the third time I have used Claudio's plumbing expertise. Claudio has always been responsive to my calls, and always arrives on time. Claudio is open to doing both small and larger jobs. He has good attention to detail in both his work and his surrounding work area. He is very friendly and easy going. I would definitely use Claudio again.

The job was excellent. He's independent and he seems to care about my needs. I spent around $100 for the valve and $200 for the gas line.

Work was done on two separate Saturday AMs. Claudio returned my initial call within 24 hours and was accessible for follow-up communication via phone texting. He was helpful in answering all of my questions (I ask a lot) in determining the best course of action to address the water heater installation and having the run-off set-up be up to (Ventura Co.) code. Was very happy with his work which was completed timely and cleaned up when finished. The price was a bit higher than I initially expected to cover the cost and labor of the copper piping install, but not unreasonably so. Would definitely use them again!

We've had Claudio do plumbing work for us in the past. When we decided to remodel our kitchen he was the first plumber we thought of to do the plumbing work. We had Claudio come out twice: the first time to un-install our kitchen plumbing and stove and the second time to re-install them. When he came out the second time he did a couple of minor plumbing jobs as well. Claudio was a little late for his appointments on both occasions. We cut him some slack on this as he is always honest, does great work, and is friendly and professional. He knew exactly what we needed after I briefly explained our needs. He worked right along without any breaks and was courteous throughout. He cleaned up his work afterward. His pricing was a little high, even after the Angies List coupons, but the work was quality. I would recommend Claudio for your indoor and outdoor plumbing needs.

He responded immediately, showed up as promised. And completed the repair quickly and efficiently, even testing it to make sure the repair was done correctly.

Claudio has done great work for me on several occasions. In this instance, I called him because I flushed the Master Bath toilet one night, and it didn't stop. I (turned off the water to the toilet and) called Claudio, and he arranged to come out the next day. As he always does, he asked specific questions so he could get as much information from me before he came to make the repair. I appreciate this, as it helps him prepare so he can deliver a "one call solution", as it were. As long as he was coming out, I asked if he could fix the leak from my kitchen faucet. At his request, I texted a photo of the faucet, as well as the manufacturer, so he was able to show up as prepared as possible. He fixed the leak as well. Claudio keeps in contact, letting me know his status regularly prior to the appointment, so I can manage my schedule, which I greatly appreciate. He is always on time, quick, clean, professional and friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. His work is always exemplary, and I trust him implicitly. As I mentioned to him when we were wrapping up: "Whenever I see water where it isn't supposed to be, or don't see water where it should be, I think: time to call Claudio!"

Claudio came out on Fri & talked over the options regarding our plumbing backing up when we used our washing machine & several days before that we had to plunged one of our toilets. Option1=$160: He would use the cleanout pipe on the roof, but it might not reach the problem as the snake is shorter than the big machine used on main sewer clean-out valve . Option2=$750: He would find our main sewer line by the front of the house, dig down 4-7 feet to gain access, install a clean-out valve assembly, which would reduce the cost for future cleanouts, then clean out the main sewer line. Note: Creating an outside clean-out valve was necessary because our house's main clean-out valve was behind the toilet in a bathroom which had a door too small to get the big machine into space. We called him back on Mon & said we wanted Option2. He arrived on Wed @ 9:30am, found our sewer pipe below the sprinkler pipes, which he left intact, noted that it was a 3" pipe, not std 4" & went to supply store for necessary parts. Returned within a 1/2 hr, cut a section of the pipe, which wasn't empty unfortunately & required bailing, installed the valve assembly, snaked out the main line twice, tested bathroom toilets & washing machine drainage (no problems), then replaced dirt back in hole leaving valve just 5" above so no matter what you placed in the planter, you would be able to find the valve in the distant future. Since Claudio had some excess parts cost ($80), we split it, which brought our total to $790 & he was done by noon. It's been a week & we've done laundry, taken showers & obviously used the toilets without any problems. This is the third time we've used his services, even had my parents use him, & we all have been pleased with the results.

he was awesome. friendly, on time, and able to do some lateral thinking (that worked!) when he ran into something that wasn't his expertise. i would definitely use claudio again.

I tried to unplug a drain pipe myself and only made the problem worse. Claudio was able to come to my house and fix the problem in a very short amount of time. I would definitely use him again.

He had to shop for the faucet stems, sink strainer and detergent dispenser. When he returned, he completed the work in less than one hour to our complete satisfaction.
