It went pretty well. He was very responsible.

The tub spout adapter that was not making a good seal was replaced with a more permanent one that was soldered to the supply line to the tub. Claudio replaced the tub spout, and caulked around the spout. He inspected and tested his work to make sure that the leak was addressed.

Great Job. Really liked the demeanor. Told me clearly what the problem was, very easy to talk to and every communication with the plumber that came to see me, was straightforward and natural. It was a relief, personally, to me. Sometimes hiring work in the past, I've got the feeling that people are kinda being weird. Nothing at all like that. Did a great job fixing the problem and everything works great. I like things being this easy.

Need a great plumber? Call Claudio! He's the best! Claudio patiently worked with me over a period of a week helping at every step with a water heater manufacturer's warranty. The warranty process was awful. Claudio was unbelievably helpful! On the day of the appointment, Claudio arrived early. He removed the old, leaking water heater, handled the warranty return and expertly installed the new water heater. The work was done swiftly and professionally. You simply cannot ask for a better plumber! I will hire Claudio again - and you should, too!

I've used him for a number of years. He's always been very speedy and gets the work done. He's our regular plumber so I usually call him. The last time he put in a new water heater and a water reducing valve.

Claudio, the owner, is highly professional, conscientious and honest. He was very accommodating and was already booked for the day. However, he sent his assistant, Jeremiah, another responsible young man, to come and remove the water heater the same day. Claudio came the following day with Jeremiah, and installed a new gas water heater. He is meticulous with his work and is spotless when he leaves. My water heater closet has never looked cleaner! Claudio reviewed the warranty on parts and labor, made a pocket in the water closet where I can find the information. He sent his invoice on a well typed receipt with all parts and labor costs spelled out. I was extremely pleased with the work he performed. One extra bonus I received from Claudio was a return visit in the evening when my water line to my refrigerator perforated pouring water everywhere! What a blessing I received when Claudio came over and fixed it that same night.

Claudio was able to come days earlier than I expected. He was on time for his appointment, and called ~20 minutes before he arrived. He and his assistant were very pleasant and courteous, and he quickly replace the leaky gate valve with a stainless steel ball valve, as I had requested. The most important thing with a plumber is that they have very good skills and thoroughness. Claudio had this in abundance, plus he and his assistant were pleasant, punctual, and courteous. I couldn't ask for more in a plumber. I would use him again in the future, and recommend him highly to anyone.

Great! Claudio previously replaced our water heater. Both these jobs were same day. He fit us into his busy schedule, gave options, delivered at the quoted price, and performed the work in a timely manner. Quality work and utmost professionalism.

Claudio did a fantastic job. He and Jeremiah had to cut, re-thread and join together a gas pipe that I accidentally punctured while doing some home improvements (long story!). What I really like about him, is that you don't get that "up-sell" tone you expect from guys doing work you can't do yourself. The price was very reasonable (less than I expected). He got to work right away and finished in a timely manner. They were very pleasant and down to earth. I think I'll call on them whenever I have a plumbing issue. Trustworthy, efficient, and pleasant to work with.

The VC Water & Sanitation left a notice informing me of a possible water leak due to a huge spike in the water meter reading. I contacted Claudio and he was able to schedule the next morning. At his suggestion, I used a water leak detection company to identify the location of the leak source. Within an hour, the leak was found. Claudio and his helper removed the bad section of pipe and replaced it with the same plastic PCV white piping. I was really pleased with how professional and easy to work with they are. Answered all of my questions, and I'm the curious type. I would definitely use Caravaggio again. Previously, they installed a new water heater in my garage. Found them here on Angie's. Very satisfied!

There are wayyyyy too many details to write on this one. Suffice it to say, at a time when we were at a low point and other big name plumbers (i.e., Dutton) wanted to charge us upwards of $20,000.00, Caravaggio's checked the sewer line multiple times, installed a new sewage line, hydro-jetted the line, and is already planning on coming back next year, without charge, to make sure nothing has grown back in the line, offered great customer service, and did it all, including pulling permits with the city, for around $4100.00.

Went great. Great guys. I would call them again for sure! They saved the day!

Sorry to say, but person who took my call seemed nice enough, but absolutely ZERO follow through in setting a time to come out and bid the job. Th y said they would call me back, took my number etc. This happened to me on two separate occasions with them over a span of several weeks so it's not just a fluke. Really disappointing since I'm trying to select good service providers based upon ratings and reviews. I read positive reviews about this company and gave these guys the benefit of the doubt but when they blew me off for the second time in a row, I knew I should trust my gut feeling and let it go. Nice guys on the phone but that's the only positive thing I can say. Nice on phone won't cut it in getting our repipe job done. My advice is give them a try but if they don't follow through I'd move on and find another plumbing company.

They were fast and efficient. Replaced the shower heads, and adjusted the water pressure gauge on the water heater. Then they repaired the sink in the master bath. They did the 2nd shower head repair then reset the garbage disposal, all in less than an hour. Very reasonable price to fix. Very happy with their work!!

Caravaggio Plumbing kept me informed about the appointment I had. The representative showed up on time, explained what he had to do and didn't take that long -- he knew I was paying by the hour. He came took a look at the sink and bathroom, and he proceeded to look at the water heater for me in addition to other little things. He also referred me to another guy for the neck on my tub. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and pleasant. He didn't treat me like a dumb woman, and gave me advice on a few things. He went above and beyond!

Claudio was great. I couldn't be there when he stopped by and he kept me informed of what he found and what needed to get done. He is professional and conscientious of the client. Although I didn't use him for this project, I will consider him for future projects.

Claudio used high quality materials (copper), was thoroughly professional, and cleaned up after completing work. He was helpful pointing out another problem unrelated to his expertise. Since a pipe burst is quite stressful I found him calming and reassuring and would definitely recommend him highly.

They are very customer service oriented. The owner was very pleasant and took the time to talk with me about the job before hiring them. They were very professional and very prompt.

I wasn't present to supervise the work, but I did inspect all the completed work and was very satisfied. I feel the total price was a bit too high, but because Claudio was responsive when it came to answering my calls in a timely manner I accepted the higher price. I will hire Claudio in the future because of his attentiveness to the customer which is priceless to me.

Claudio and his assistant arrived on time. There was a slight delay due to his supplier providing the wrong toilets. However, once the correct toilets arrived the job was completed in a timely and professional manner. They were very neat and left no mess from their work. In addition, Claudio gave me his opinion on whether or not a tankless water system would be good for my home. I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing projects.

Claudio did an excellent job. He's a good guy who did a great job for us. More important I learned how he resolved massive problems the previous owners had with sewer lines, pool, etc. He would be my first choice for plumbing work in the future.

According to my Husband, they are professional, and knowledgeable... This issue is communications... The owner seems to have skill as a plumber but not how to provide customer service, being an owner... While my husband had some issues changing his cell phone to a new one. We did miss a call from this Plumber (our fault). But after we finally had the plumber show up after numerous attempt, we did get a quote. Down side is he said he would call back and never did. We had to call him weeks later for a status. We started in Jan of this year and we are heading into April with no new gas line. He said he needed time to order parts. Weeks later we are done waiting and the famious " I will call you this weekend".... You get the feeling like.... If your job is not a big one in price or is to hard, then he moves to the most profitable easy one. Or he is over booking himself and is not managing his time well... Owner needs to understand that, while its nice to get big fish all the time. Sometimes a few small fish can lead to more jobs and just as much as catching a bigger job/fish. Bottom line. The owner needs to be just a plumber, being a responsible owner/manager is not his thing. It looks to be overwhelming for him to do everything (run his company).

Our water heater went out and we needed a new one?fast. After getting a few other estimates, we called Caravaggio Plumbing after checking your list. We could tell immediately he was our man. He gave a quick estimate over the phone and promised he would do the work the next day. After sending him a couple of photos - he had the water heater delivered the next morning. He and his assistant came in the afternoon and completed the installation as promised. their pricing was very competitive. No extras were added on at the last minute. Very happy with the work and his kind demeanor. We now have a new plumber. Would highly recommend.

Claudio responded to our query quickly. He came out promptly and did the work well. It was a very small job, but he did a great job. We would use him again...
