Claudio was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely professional and cleaned up beautifully. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and use him again.

Although I asked to see the receipts of materials he bought, I only saw his figures, not the cost. I do not know if his hourly charge ($89) was on the same level as other plumbers or not. I thought it was such a small job I didn't get bids I was expecting to spend $250 to $300 not almost $600.

Claudio showed up when he said he would, and did excellent work. He didn't swear, presented himself well, and arrived well equipped. He didn't disdain my work, cheerfully fixed my mistakes, and freely offered me how-to tips for any future work I do. I will most definitely rely on him in the future. I recommend him highly and have asked our property managers to use him as well.

They responded quickly to my call and scheduled service for the next morning. Claudio was courteous and professional, arrived and completed the work promptly, and his fee was in line with his estimate. The quality of work seems fine and the charge was significantly less than quoted by a competitor.

Called Claudio for info on prices, availability. Was booked up for a good week, but came back to me after a week and a few days. He said it would take quite a while, at least 6 hours to do this job, at $79/hr plus materials. I figured around $500. He came to do the job and after he had finished re-plumbing underneath the tub faucet said that it was more work than he had thought. He eventually charged me $749, which was a lot more than expected, but I have no idea what exactly went into the re-plumbing. He was very courteous and cleaned up the bathroom nicely. I don't know if I would use him again due to price, but he did get the job done.

I was very impressed with Claudio. He was friendly, had great communication skills, and did very professional work. I couldn't have been happier. I plan to have him back out in a few weeks to install a toilet and address some other issues in our home.

Claudio Caravaggio did an excellent job. During the past couple years, we had asked 2 or 3 other plumbers/handymen to try to diagnose the low water pressure problem and were given a variety of different reasons why it would be a huge job, OR, that they just couldn't figure it out. It only took Claudio a few minutes to find the problem, which was easily solved.

A very fine job. An honest man. Someone to trust to do your plumbing.

This guy is great. Fixed both no problem, where another plumber couldn't do the faucet change. He's really pleasant and gets the job done right. I give him a high recommend. Use this guy.

Plumber had to shut off the water to all residents of the condo complex to do the work. Work was done (and water off) in less than 15 minutes, very quickly, with no goofs.

Claudio was able to "translate" The Gas Company's instructions, and gave me an excellent solution to a problem they had created. He was professional, friendly, was reasonably priced, and also had a backup plan if his first solution didn't work with The Gas Company. Luckily for me, it did. He is someone I'd be glad to recommend.

Claudio called me when he said he would. He came over early because he was in the area. He said he did not charge me for materials and parts (??). When I asked what he charged me for he said just coming over. I was shocked to learn that he charges $79 for a house call. But he was here. He's quick and efficient. That's worth paying for. We'll see if it holds this time

Was on time, very personable. Did the work quickly and efficiently. Was helpful in his overall advice. His price was very reasonable.

A+. Fixed not only the toilet that wouldn't fill, but stopped it from mysteriously flushing (that had been going on since we bought the house in 1994)! The other toilet just needed a little plumbers know how. Prompt, and responsive. Definitely my plumber!

Claudio was amazing - prompt, skilled and persistant. The problems were not easily resolved, but he kept on until the drain ran perfectly. Plus he reworked all the other plumber's errors. He's our only plumber from now on.

Claudio was polite, responsible, honest and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain things.

Claudio is a really nice guy who performed the work flawlessly and professionally. He communicates well and was on time and did the work more quickly than promised. He was upfront about costs and fair. Anyone needing plumbing work should not hesitate to call him.

Was very pleased. I had chosen him from Angie's list and now I know why he has rec'd many positive reports. Easy to deal with. Researched what we needed and gave us estimates.

Claudio was courteous and informative. He returned my call very quickly and came the next day at the time he had indicated the day before. I have noticed that some prior customers had indicated that his prices are a bit to high, but as this is the first time I have needed plumbing services, I can tell whether that is true or not. I am just happy that the problem was resolved quickly.

I first called Claudio on Jan 21, 2006. He called me back on Jan 22, 2006 and indicated he will call me back the week Jan 23rd, he never did. I called Claudio again on Feb 3,2006 and he said he will be at my house between 9:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, Feb 4,2006. He never made it to my house and didn't even call to say he was not coming. I called later on Feb 4th and left him a message on his answering machine, he later called me and left a message apologizing. I called him back on Monday, February 6th, he said he will come in the evening on Monday, February 6th, he never showed up.

Claudio and his helpers were exceptional. They not only knew their job, but they did it with great spirit, overcoming many obstacles along the way. They were on time and conducted themselves politely and with professionalism. What's more, the price was very reasonable...not the cheapest, but not the most expensive of the bids. Right in the middle, which is what you want--a fair price for a job well done.

Unbelievable! We noticed that our water was not as hot as previously -- when we checked the heater we knew why -- it was completely corroded! I called Claudio immediately -- he came the NEXT DAY with a WATER HEATER and INSTALLED it! We had hot water that night. Service is unbelievable. Timely. Professional. Trustworthy. Always returns phone calls --and gets the job done!

We made 2 tentative appointments that he could not keep. We made another firm appointment that he forgot about. He called me that evening and apologized. We made another appointment - he showed up early - did the job in 25 minutes and I was pleased with his work but he told me it was a very easy job and I felt that $160.00 was excessive. BUT he did show and did the job. I would use him again.
