Great. They were on time, efficient and reasonably priced.

Claudio came out quickly and fixed problem quickly, at a very reasonable rate.

He did a great job, is very professional, and a VERY honest guy.

They were great. They kept everything very clean. They didn't have to break our wall. They did everything that I asked them to.

Overall, the toilet had been leaking slowly for 3 weeks. My husband replaced one part, but we still had a leak. Although we were out of Mr. Caravaggio's immediately service area(he's Simi Valley, we're Camarillo)we were able to agree on a time to meet. I really appreciated his coming up on a Saturday.

Claudio was very responsive but we missed each other on the telephone. He was very flexible and came over on a Saturday. I described the problem and he was very good on the diagnosis. Fixed the problem and we have not had a problem. His truck is spotless which I always think is indicative of the service that you can expect.

It was a great experience. They showed up on time and the quality of their work was very good. They were reasonably priced. I would use them again in the future.

I called three plumbing contractors and Claudio was the only one willing to take a look under the house to see what might be needed. The other two were only willing to crawl underneath if they got the job. This immediately gave him the advantage as far as I was concerned. He started the job when promised and finished in the time he said it would take. The work was all done in a most satisfactory manner and I have no complaints whatsoever. As far as price, it became clear that some plumbing problems are not immediately evident and because of this we ran into a few unexpected costs. However, in no way did I feel that this was due to a faulty estimate by Claudio. Overall, we were very pleased with the work, felt the price was fair, and would most definitely call on Claudio again in the future.

They have been here a couple of times. They do good work. The total cost was higher then the estimate. They are always friendly and courteous. I would recommend to others.

We gutted our hall bathroom and moved the vanity to the side and changed it to a double sink as well as replaced our old water heater with a tankless and moving our washer and dryer across the laundry room into the old water heater location. Claudio came in and made an estimate which was pretty good compared to others we had gotten so we moved ahead based on his reputation on Angie s List and recommendations he gave us with his quote. During the work we discovered the original drain for the tub was extremely corroded and Claudio replaced it as well as bringing it up to code. We had an LA city permit for our bathroom and Claudio was very conscientious about preparing the work for inspection. The whole thing took about 2 1/2 days and Claudio worked very hard and was very meticulous in all the details. In the end because of a couple of unforeseen problems (which happens in old plumbing/houses) and tankless price changes, we paid more than the original quote but Claudio informed us of the problems/prices before the work and we were okay with everything. All our plumbing passed inspection with no problems and we were very happy with Claudio and his work. Claudio is a sole proprietor and does all the work himself rather than subbing it out. Sometimes he gets busy but he is very accommodating and works very hard.

When I called for service on the weekend I left a message and the next day he called back to let me know that he was busy the first part of the week and could come out on Thursday. Before they came out I received a call to check what possible parts might be needed and to confirm the time. They were punctual and very friendly getting right to work. This ain't no Bubba operation here. In about four hours the dishwasher was replaced, the hot water problem solved and two separate lawn timers installed. A previous plumber installed the valves which they fixed. I have already set up an appointment for them to do some work on my income property.

I called him yesterday and left a message, Claudio returned my call in the afternoon and said he could come by today after 2 p.m. He called at 2 and said he was on his way. He arrived at 2:30, looked at what had to be done and then he and a young assistant did the work. I was impressed with his demeanor, appearance and general attitude that was friendly and knowledgeable. I have already booked him for next week to see if he can clear a root problem in the drain around our pool deck and I will make him the first plumber we call for any job. His price was reasonable.

HE REALLY KNOWS HIS STUFF, IS VERY TRUSTWORTHY AND ALWAYS COMES IN WITHIN THE PRICE THAT HE GIVES. I HIRED BECAUSE OF HIS HIGH RATINGS ON ANGIE'S LIST AND I TOO DEFIANTLY RECOMMEND HIM.

Claudio took a few days to call back and then never showed up to our scheduled meeting. Did not return my call afterwards.

Very friendly; recommended an interim solution for the slow drain in the kitchen as he was out of town. Called promptly when he returned in town per our agreement to schedule an in-house visit. Snaked kitchen drain. Great communication and kept required demolition (leaking pipe behind a wall) to a bare minimum. Soldered/welded new pipe to repair leak. Will definitely reuse for additional work in a heart beat.

Claudio is the person who came over, and he did a very nice job. He was very easy to have and very reasonable. I am very happy with the job and would have them back in a heartbeat. I think they are efficient and very fair priced.

Communication leading up to Claudio's visit was great. Prompt at returning calls. His service was very professional and price was reasonable (slightly less than a major home store was going to charge). Dishwasher is installed perfectly and he clean-up the area when finished. He spent several extra minutes evaluating our "hot shower when you flush" problem in our house. If the inexpensive do-it-yourself ideas that he gave me don't work...we will have him back out if we decide to fix it. I am also obtaining an estimate from him on a tank-less water heater system.

He had previously repaired a leaky pipe in our attic. He's on time, reliable and affordable.

These guys were every easy to work with and they were very honest. They took their time in getting the work done and did not rush things like some places do. Another thing that I really liked was that I could afford their prices.

The two men are very honest, friendly and forthright. They showed up on time. Overall, they did a fabulous job. I was very pleased with the cleanup and little mess made considering the job at hand.

The workers were very courteous. I showed them where the two problems were and they went right to work. It only took them roughly an hour to do the work. They answered my questions and explained the course of action for the two projects. I thought they did an awesome job because I have no leaks and the sink drains quickly.

He was very friendly, professional and took his time. We were very pleased with him overall.

We just moved into a new home and had a laundry list of plumbing things we wanted done. Claudio came out to look at everything and then scheduled himself the next week. He was at our house over a two day period and completed everything we needed done. We had a vessel sink from the previous owner's that was a bit problematic, but it was resolved. Claudio is conscientious and a pleasure to work with. He knows what he is doing and is fair in price. He did have to reschedule the second day because he had an emergency water heater installation that went on too long. I also had to make two trips to a plumbing store in town to get some parts that he didn't have because we converted a kitchen faucet with a sprayer into a bathroom faucet without the sprayer. The only issue that wasn't resolved was a clogged outdoor drain that might need excavating. I trusted him in my home while I was gone. Also, Claudio is a dead ringer for Andre Agassi (he says he gets that all the time).

I've been depending on Claudio for plumbing repairs for a while now. He's always been very responsive to my many "plumbing emergencies". He is very trustworthy & knowledgeable, this alone should be reason enough to call him! I highly recommend him & his work!!
