This was the third time I've used Claudio. We needed to replace a toilet. He picked up the toilet at the supplier, installed it and took the old toilet away. Very professional. Will use him again in the future without a doubt.

Caravaggio Plumbing has performed several services in our home. I am totally pleased with the services that were provided. Cladio is great about returning calls promptly, he is efficient, professional and very fair when it comes to pricing. He also has a strong ethic about backing the work he has performed. He has not only done work for my father, but he has been to the properties that I manage and has not only given fair estimates, but done great work, no matter the job. He is the ONLY plumber that I will refer to others and I will continue to use him as well. Great, reliable and trustworthy.

Claudio was very professional and courteous on the phone. He called me to let me know that he would be a little late and came out when he said. He didn't try to rip me off and gave me a very reasonable price for what I needed done. Claudio fixed my problem and since it was so simple, he only charged me the service call fee -$10 because of the Angie's List coupon. Gave me some very reasonable estimates for some other plumbing work that wasn't an emergency to fix.

Claudio came out to inspect the project and provide me with a bid. He was punctual and professional. He was able to work within my sped-up completion timeframe requirement, returning just two days later to complete the work. Claudio and his assistant Zach arrived and began work. They chipped away the existing concrete, being quite careful to not damage the water lines. Once it came time to move the water lines, Claudio informed me that the water would need to be turned off for a bit. they worked quickly and had the lines rerouted in no time. He made sure to show me the water lines prior to the new concrete being poured so that I could inspect the work before it was hidden away. The water was turned back on, and their workspace was cleaned up. Claudio did a fantastic job, and really went above and beyond. I'd not hesitate to both hire Claudio again, and recommend him to others.

Overall I am very satisfied with the work performed. The plumber respond quickly to my calls and showed up on time as promise and was very professional and pleasant. The work was of high quality and he was willing to spend as much time as necessary to do the job right. The price was consistent with the estimates (had 2 different jobs performed) even though the second turned out to require a little more time than originally anticipated. I would highly recommend Caravaggio Plumbing and will use him again in the future.

Claudio arrived around 9:30am & worked until 5:30pm, however he did leave for a little over an hour to go to supply store & get some lunch (I hope). He's extremely nice & explained everything he was doing when my husband or I asked questions as well as giving us several plumbing tips. He was very neat, his work was well done & the re-route looked great (our neighbor's looks like a little kid's ecrector set project with pipes going every which way). He tested everything & made some minor adjustments. When he was finished, he gave us thorough instructions in order to get the best results: run a cycle on washing machine & dishwasher to remove any oil used on the pipe connections; let tub spout set for a day before using; turn sprinklers off for a day so they can set-up, too. Note: there is a fee, if using credit card, but not excessive

He did an excellant job, he was very efficient and clean. The only thing I was unhappy about was he did not itemize his estimate.

His labor rate is fair considering the job quality,his ability, and professionalism. We've used other plumbers in the past, with disappointing results. It's refreshing to deal with someone who can fix it right the first time!

Claudio arrived on schedule, and set to work non-stop. The removal of the old pop-ups was much harder than expected, but he had the right tools for the extra work involved. Unlike some plumbers who carry only the minimal, Claudio's truck was well stocked with tools and replacement parts. This enabled him to complete the installation without too much delay. He even suggested replacing one of the BR drain pipes that was not in good shape....before it caused a problem. Had right size on hand, and replaced it at no cost to us. He worked extremely hard to unclog the kitchen drain. Took pictures of it to show us how small the opening was (less than dime size) for the water to flow through. It was obvious that Claudio knew his stuff. All the smaller jobs were done expeditiously, but with the same attention to detail. All work areas were cleaned up the best of any contractors we've hired. We have other plumbing related projects in mind, and will definitely hire Caravaggio for them.

I have used Claudio several times over the last 4 years. He is unfailingly courteous, friendly, punctual, and professional. I have a great deal of respect for his expertise--he has abundant experience and he always is willing to explain what he's doing and why, and to provide pointers for taking care of minor issues myself. I called Claudio yesterday and set up today's appointment. He called me this morning to confirm before heading over. He methodically attacked each item on my list, and checked each repair to ensure that it was complete and had addressed the cause of the problem, not just the symptom. I was present and observing him for most of the time he was working; he worked efficiently and quickly. The price was very fair, in my opinion, for 2 hours of work. I've used Claudio previously to replace a water heater that had failed and flooded the garage. He and his assistant expertly replaced the heater with a high quality brand he recommended that carried a better warranty than the ones at Home Depot. He also installed an overflow tray under the heater with drainage to the garage exterior so it could never flood again. I've also used Claudio to do repairs on the plumbing at my rental property in Leisure Village. I have always been very satisfied with the work and the price charged. I saw the extremely negative review posted yesterday and I simply do not believe it. That person must have had an axe to grind for some reason because Claudio is unsurpassed when it comes to integrity. I will continue to employ him in the future and will continue to be glad that I found him.

This guy's scam as you can see in his other bad reviews is to charge an hourly rate and not a flat rate and then take 3-4 times the amount of time to do the work. He took 2 1/2 hours to attach one faucet when we told him to beat it. He brought his kid with him and was not focused but constantly distracted on our dime. Have you ever seen the plumber on the movie "Moonstruck", that is this guy.

Our overall plumbing problems in the house had been going on for years...from minor to major...I called Claudio, he came over, and I took severaL minutes explaining ALL the problems that had accumulated over several years.....Claudio is attentive and thorough..,,,this was not a small job but I found the pricing very fair,. considering Claudio and his assitant Zac...spent two full days at the house...I will recommend Claudio to EVERYONE who asks...well done Angies List...another Winner!!!!

Good job, Claudio! We experienced a clog in our shower room last week. Disagreeing from another plumber's conclusion on the broken drain pipes, Claudio came. After several quick runs of a snake machine, he did resolve the problem. Thanks!

The service was fantastic. When I first talked to Claudio he wa very upfront letting me know that adjusting my pressure regulator was probably going to require a full replacement. He was very punctual and clean, explaining what he was doing and giving me tips on how to fix smaller problems throughout the house. If I have any other plumbing needs I will definitely use this company again.

We had a rather complex problem and he solved it. It did seem to be a little pricey but overall we were very happy with his work. I don't really think it was out of line and I didn't ask him for an upfront estimate. We had a serious problem and he was able to solve that for us.

Within four weeks we had several different plumbing issues at our home. Claudio responded promptly and fixed everything at a reasonable cost. He was fair and after the first time he came we knew he would be our go-to guy for any plumbing issues at our home. We would highly recommend him to anyone!

I called them after receiving a recommendation from Angie?s List. There were household problems going on at the time so I have to admit I wasn?t very effective in dealing with him & the situation. The ad he came in on was for about $89 for any drain. My son-in-law had come in with a plumbing snake to try & fix the problem, but wasn?t able to clear the clog. The plumbing snake probably wasn?t long enough. I decided to call Caravaggio. When he got here, I said to him that my son-in-law had already used the snake & didn?t get anywhere. He said that if there was any other problem it would cost more. He was able to clear the drain with his longer plumbing snake right away. In no time it was clear. I also said there was a leak in the laundry room sink. He looked at it & changed out a small part to try & fix it. He did say something along the lines of, "We'll see how that works," letting me know that it might not fix the problem. He was a very nice fellow. I said I?d be in touch about a sprinkler system the following month. A couple days later though, I looked at my bill & found it was higher for the drain-clearing portion than expected by about $20-30. This wasn't expected because he cleared the drain so quickly & there was no other problem. The faucet that he replaced the part on has been leaking still ever since. I know it?s been a year since the service, but I had a lot of other things to deal with at the time. I also want to make clear that the plumber himself was very nice. I just don't know why the bill was higher & one of the issues wasn't really fixed. He was even good about following up on the situation & the future sprinkler work. I just didn't respond to his calls after seeing the higher bill.

my wife and I believe that Claudio and his assistant Zach are actually Batman and Robin! The problems they solved were CRIMINAL in that two plumbers over the years had attempted to repair them and had been unsuccessful. The caped pair arrived at 8 AM and immedately went to work. They were skilled and effiecent had the holes cut in no time and began their search for the clogs. This was a long process because they were such pro's that they didn't just pull every piece out and replace them, they were committed to doing what was necessary and not pad the job. The end result is great water flow in the kitchen and bath and a considerable improvement in my wife and my love life. I adore these guys and as happens, I can't wait for my next plumbing problem!

Moved into a new house. Wanted new toilets. The price above doesn't include the toilets themselves, which I bought from a plumbing supply house. I asked the supply house to recommend a plumber and they gave me a half dozen names. I checked them against the Angie's list reviews and went with Caravaggio. The install and repair work was quick, painless, and excellent quality. Will use them again.

I called to get an estimate. I left a message and he called back within a reasonable time. I explained my water heater was leaking very badly and although he had a full schedule he fit me in. He had a water heater delivered to the house and checked later to make sure it had arrived. Later he let me know he was running late because of problems at the job he was on but assured me he would be at my place as soon as he could make it. He took his time when he did arrive. He cleaned up the space when he was done and did a very professional job.

Within an hour, Caravaggio had opened up the valve spotted the area causing the leak and filed it smooth so that the parts worked properly. No more leak. He had the skill and desire to get the job done correctly, saving me an additional huge bill. If you want a plumber who will listen to you and fix your plumbing at minimal cost, he is the one. In addition to getting the job done, he was a really nice guy, who seems to understand that people do not want a leak fix turned into a major construction project. He even told me that the valve, if he could not fix it, could be replaced from inside the shower by covering the enlarged hole with a larger metal fixture plate--an option the first plumber never bothered to mention. He is a true professional.
