Claudio is a great guy. Very professional yet down to earth. He was more than fair with his pricing considering all the work he did on the job. I would definitely call him for any future plumbing problems.

They did work when it was very hot. It was at 112 degrees and it was awful but they still fixed what needed fixing. They did what I called them to do. They were good. They had to go and get the parts too.

Written estimates did not always follow verbal estimates and had to be redone. Charges/costs required frequent negotiations to keep with original agreements. Plumbing and cement work was done well but street work was not done in accordance to permit. It took 3 months to remediate the problem and get final approval from County.

I got several quotes from top rated plumbers to run a gas line to my wood burning fireplace and convert it to a gas burning fireplace. Claudio was the least expensive and highly rated on Angie's list so we went with him and we are glad we did. The city of Agoura had some specifications for the job and he made sure he spoke to the inspector thoroughly before starting the job so we had no issues with the inspection The job was finished quickly and we are very happy with our new fireplace and will use Claudio for any future projects.

I don't remember the exact date, October of last year but we were very satisfied with this company and I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Sounds simple, but doing all this over an already installed induction cook top requires strength and finesse. Excellent job.

Here is the plumber that you will want to hire. I will definitely call on him again in the future. He does not send an unknown plumber out as so many of these companies do. He comes out and addresses the problems. He did a great job and I was very happy with the results.

This was an unusual installation in an outdoor patio so the water, drains and gas line had to be custom installed. The work was well done , on budget and on-time.

In October 2013 I first used Claudio when I came home from work to find our sewer line had backed up in the downstairs bathroom. I got his name from Angie List and left him a message. Within 15 min. he returned my call. It was around 530PM, and he was on his way home from another job. He went home, picked up his sewer cleaning device after my husband sent him a picture of our clean-out area so he would know what size to use and arrived at our house around 7pm. He was professional and knowledgeable. Last Sunday around 830PM I was taking a shower ,and my husband told me to cut it short that our sewer line was backing up again. I called Claudio and again the call was returned within 15min. He was out to our house by 11PM having run into a bad freeway accident that closed the freeway. While he was driving out here he would call and keep me posted on his progress of reaching us. Again, he was very professional when he arrived and cleaned out our sewer line in a prompt manner. I am so impressed with this plumber that I will be using him for several jobs around the house.

Unfortunately I have to give Claudio an "F "! He asked if I can wait for another week with the service and after two weeks he kept ignoring my communication attempt to schedule an appointment ! this is not a professional attitude!! Sorry Claudio, after the first service I gave you a great review, and even generous bonus for doing a good job! this time you are a disappointed and deserve this rating! Wishing you all the best.

Claudio was very professional, provided great customer service and did an excellent job moving our laundry machine lines from the inside of the house to the garage. He arrived on time and completed the job in the amount of time estimated and stayed within the quoted price. Last minute our propane delivery company informed us that we needed a plumber to add a component that would allow us to connect our gas grill directly to our propane line. Lucky for us Claudio was already here working on the laundry line! He did the job and gave suggestion on how best to make it fire safe. He was also very generous with his time answering multiple plumbing questions we had on other projects around the house. Great job!

They were really good guys. They had a very difficult job to do. They did a lot of digging without damaging sidewalks and walls. They did a good job on that. I referred them to my parents. They stay very close and were having the same problem. They fixed the problem for them too. They were very prompt and did their job very well. There was no hassle. They did what they said they would do and got it done.

The job went very well, there are not a lot of details associated with running a pipe snake.

Claudio was very professional and punctual. I contacted him and set up an appointment. He showed up on time and quickly assed the situation and it repaired. I have found a new Plumber.

Let me start with what an outstanding job he did. I had to reroute water pipes, which were buried in the concrete floor to the wall for a new kitchen layout. I had a local plumper looking at it before but told me he is too afraid doing the job. Claudio came in and did a fantastic job. Not only did he resolve the problem, got the work done and finished before I would have expected. He did it also in the most professional way and advised me along the way. He also fixed some smaller plumbing problems like the water pipes going to my fridge.

Excellent professional service. Will use him again in the future.

Was great to set up an appointment with. Went into attic to look at the issue. Fixed the leaking pipe with no problems. Great to work with! Am using again for another issue.

Claudio was very professional, very fast and got both jobs done with high quality. He even thoroughly tested his work after to make sure everything was cool (something few people do).

The provider was on time, helpful, and clean. Even after he had completed his work he took time out to look at an electrical problem we were having with our refrigerator. I would recommend this provider and use him again in the future for any electrical service.

Claudio's availability was great - he came the next day, and called to let me know he was on his way. He was friendly, helpful, informative (willing to have questions asked of him). He fixed a problem with the showerhead (water restricter plug preventing any water from flowing), adjusted the tub spout pipe to fit the new spout we had purchased, installed it, and caulked where necessary. I just don't know if the price is the going rate for plumbing jobs. The actual work took less than an hour. But I am satisfied to get the use of the bathroom back so quickly.

Claudio was nice enough to do the service on a Saturday after having a long week of jobs. It was the only time I could be home. He was very knowledgeable and his disposition and friendly personality was a pleasure to be around. He had to crawl under the house to do the job and he let me assist him on the top side of the tub. He explained to me everything he was doing and things went very well. He even told me about a few problems with the plumbing under the house as the previous owner used a handyman to do shoddy work and repairs in the past. He proceeded to fix a some supports with the proper hangers under the house and make things right while he was under there. He does very good work at a very fair price. I will definitely use his services again when the tome arises.

After THREE plumbers checked the leak in my 60 year old master bathroom toilet tank and recommended it be replaced because it was beyond repair, I called Claudio. He's never my first call because he lives so far away. He looked over the leaking toilet carefully then explained he'd have to remove the water tank to find the leak before he'd know if it could be repaired. He did and figured out the repair would shorten the pipe that carried water from the tank to the commode which would require dropping the tank two inches before remounting it. He did. Problem solved. Because of the age and color of the unit, replacing it with one that would match the rest of the bathroom would have been almost impossible. As I hoped, Claudio's solution was risky but the perfect one. A plumber with less skill and master craftsmanship (like the three I first called) would never attempt what he did. Claudio is the MASTER PLUMBER. His picture should be in the dictionary under that phrase.

Claudio arranged for an early appointment to fit my schedule. He arrived on time and finished up timely. The work was high quality with no problems.
