Description of Work: Installed water heater t&p pressure relieve line to the outside wall. Great to work with, very informative and easy to talk with. I was hoping this would be a little cheaper (although it wasn't too bad) for a few elbows and around 8 feet of copper tubing but otherwise he did a great job.

Description of Work: We had a problem with a sewer drain backup in the yard and he diagnosed and fixed the issue and was very careful to check that we would be trouble free.

Description of Work: Claudio fixed a broken kitchen sink faucet. He was very professional and great at problem solving. My husband and I had been trying to fix a leaky sprayer for years. The problem, however kept coming back to haunt us. We finally called Caravaggio Plumbing to help us out. He replaced our sprayer and then discovered why my husband and I had been having so much trouble. Other parts inside of the faucet were damaged. He did some trouble shooting and got the sink working for us. There is no longer a leak! | |Claudio is always very professional, neat, and respectful. I was taking care of my fussy newborn baby and he was very nice and polite the entire time he was there.

Description of Work: Claudio came on a Saturday. He was courteous, prompt, and professional. He quickly took care of our problem (minor issue with water pressure coming from the water heater). Great service - I would certainly use him again!

Description of Work: They fixed a faucet and they also fixed a faucet installation that someone else did incorrectly.

Description of Work: I had no hot water on a Saturday. I called Caravaggio Plumbing and he was on a job nearby, so he stopped and replaced the thermal couple. I had hot water for a day and then the pilot light went out again on Sunday night. I called back and followed his directions as to how to relight the pilot, but it would not stay lit. The thermostat (I think) needed to be replaced. He got the part on Monday and came to replace it on Monday evening, when I got home from work. After he replaced the part, he checked all the vents, and found a crack in one which he then repaired. It was leaking some carbon monoxide, although the water heater is in the garage and vented to the outside, so ther was little danger, but I never would have known this if he hadn't checked. I had hot water that night and the next morning before I left for work, he called to make sure that everything was in order and that the water heater was producng plenty of hot water. He charged me $85.00 for the initial service charge, and then the cost of the parts he installed. I definitely plan on using Caravaggio Plumbing again to install a new garbage disposal and kitchen sink faucet. They are an excellent company.

Description of Work: this review is way overdue. I really have to share my great experience with claudio. he is an excellent plumber and a person who I right away felt I should trust. After seeing already great reviews I called him. he showed up the next day to see our leak coming from a wall in our garage. he gave us a quote which was to us affordable. he was very understanding to our needs and budget. after he fixed our leak we had another incident with our water heater, a week later our water heater broke and we called him again. he had given us a quote before since we have noticed problems with our water heater. he knew everything about it and was able to replace our water heater the next day! i was impressed how he leaves everything clean after all his hard work! Description of Work: My sink was jammed up and piping clogged because of my cheapie garbage disposal. Claudio did great work and gave fair pricing. I liked that he met me at 7:30am so I could get to my office right after the job in the morning. He also helped me with some extra problems around the house at no cost. He is a trustworthy guy and I will continue to use his services. Josh

Description of Work: We have used Caravaggio Plumbing several times previously, both for HOA projects and our personal plumbing. Claudio is always pleasant and attentive. This time around, we decided to replace three of our toilets with high-end Toto 1.28 GPF models, and Claudio took care of the ordering as well as the installation. He handled the job in a timely fashion and with his usual level of professionalism.

Description of Work: Claudio is a very nice, personable professional. One job had to be redone, and he made the time to come out and fix it (no charge). The only thing that was a little funny to me was the price. For a total of 654 it would be nice to see it itemized. Otherwise, Claudio is a great plumber and i would recommend him.

Description of Work: They did many plumbing repairs like leaky faucets, slow drains, replaced one way valve underneath the sink, looked at all of the toilets, tighten fixtures on my faucets, took down shower heads and cleaned them, and fixed a toilet leak and looked around to make sure nothing else was leaking.
